Who's in for this year? I am 100% committed (no, really!!!) to taking a photo every single day this year. I'm also doing Becky Higgins album for the pics (paper, yes, gasp!) and hopefully a ton of digi pages too.

What are your photography plans for the year?

oh you go Laura!

I am up for P52 (and some, do my own thing)

I just love the end of year collage and reflection!

What are your photography plans for the year?

Take more pictures!!
I love all these projects but usually forget about it, so I just take as many pictures as I can!

I have proven (twice) that I'm not ready for P365. However, I am totally up for P52. This is THE year!!!

Linda- same here- last 2 (3?) years, I start out great, slip away in Feb, come back for a bit and then by april I have crashed and burned.

I am working on the Word of the Year and New52 and am going to squeeze in as much photo ops as possible.
I also signed up for the class I saw on FB...joy of love, willette designs, that is in Feb.

Caitlyn got a DSLR from my IL's and is raring to go so we are going to work on some stuff together.

Oh Chris, that will be fun to share that excitement of photography with Caitlyn. Now SHE might have the energy for a photo each day. :-)

Like Linda, I have proven twice that Project365 just don't mix. I always start off really well and get through March and then just fall apart. Project52 sounds much more doable. What I would really like is that this is the year that I really move from automatic to manual on the camera ...

I did get Project Life as a gift last year, and I am going to use it this year, but not doing a daily photo or anything like that - just using it as this year's photo album with some journaling. I really love pre-done nature of it with the papers and journal cards.

Good luck to all of you with your photo projects.

I got about 1/3rd of the way through the year with P52 last year. I want to do better with it, but I'm thinking of doing it more like a layout for the month with the weeks' pictures. So it's almost like a P52/P12. :-) I can get the pictures taken, no problem. It's scrapping a layout a week that goes with the theme of the kit and the picture that I have. I don't know why it's such a mental block for me. :-)

I'm going to go for two things of 52....Sue's 52 Inspirations & the 52 Challenges for Log Your Memory.

But no real photo or other goals I think..yet.

More scrapping just for me & trying to get more journaling out & more stories told. And try to blog more, lol.

I'm a big failure at P365. I take pictures MOST days of the year, but not all - and as soon as the pressure is on me I buckle.

I'm doing my Year of Weekends project (because we all have work/school/more work throughout the week, so absolutely nothing interesting happens M-F for us) and then Christine and I are doing a New52 project this year that (for me) is more of a photo/blogging challenge because I'm not scrapping them each week.

I also bought the Log Your Memory planner this year just to jot down notes at the end of the day about things that happened, conversations with my son, etc - so that when I do find a bunch of time to scrap I can flip through and come up with stories quickly.

Those are my plans for 2011!

... and then Christine and I are doing a New52 project this year that (for me) is more of a photo/blogging challenge because I'm not scrapping them each week ...

Thanks to Peppermint's & Christine's inspiration, I'm doing NEW52 too!!! I figured I'd have more fun (& therefore be more likely to see it through to conclusion) if I had 52 "new" experiences / adventures / things to look forward this year. I'm going to be blogging / Tweeting and scrapping (though not necessarily doing all three every week!!!!) about and the "new" that I've experienced and I'm really excited about it!!!

I'm doing P365 and NEW52, along with the resolution to work on my day to day scheduling better. Being self employed, I need to really monitor my time... and how much of that time is spent doing random things that get me no where!

Uhh, AMEN. I always say that I have "shiny ball syndrome" - which sounds dirtier than it is. I'm very easily distracted by things, though. "Oooo, shiiiiny..."

Well I am not going to commit to anything cause I know I will fail miserabley at it!!! LOL!! so I will trick myself by just putting together an album of random LO's and photographs, all the arty type pages I do and the stuff that inspires me! I am going to do it hybrid style and have set up the printer in my craft room, have purchased a new 3 ring binder folder + plastic sleeves and have already made my front cover so I have actually started!! wooohooo!!! :)

My front cover for my inspirations album, 2011:

i wish i wouldve seen this earlier cause i totally would have done it...but alas....:( wont be happening....i dont think i've taken a picture every day....i'd have to look at my recent pics i took to see....

i think i'll commit myself to doing a LO for each month of the year this though :) i think that would be fun!!!

My friend and I now call it "SQUIRREL!"

You know, like when the dogs in Up get distracted when they see....SQUIRREL!

Ona: :jaw: That is stunning!!!!

Kristy- Its early enough to go back and photo stuff that happened days 1-7. I did that one year. I just took pics of what I would have on that day.

Heehee Squirrel!

yeah but i'd probably always forget to take pics haha....i know i got a few tho....im only missing a couple of days so i could still do it

I got a new DSLR for Christmas so definitely take more quality photos!

I going to try Project 365 (third times a charm, right) and I'm really excited about the new 52. I need some excitement and change in my life. Kind of in a slump right now.

I don't think I would be capeable of doing P365, I might try for doing a version of P365 once Kaylyn is born, but we'll see.

I'm rooting for all of you brave enough to try it out though! =]

Absolutely Chris!!!! Wait until after our 8 inches of snow, then fly here! New Jersey to Omaha is how much?? :-)

We can scrap it though and put it in our P365/52/12 books!!
