Problems With An Order

I don't know where else to ask for help. I've used the "contact us" email from the help menu 3 times now and haven't gotten a response regarding a problem I have with an order here at OScraps.

If someone would kindly help me with a phone number or a different way to contact the owner of OScraps, i would greatly appreciate it.

The owner has been away with family in the hospital. She just got internet at the hospital today. I sent her a private message. I am sure she will respond soon.

I'm sorry you have had to wait.

Thank you Merkee!!! I wondered if there was something personal causing the lack of response. The other thing I'd wondered was if the change over of servers might have interrupted the Help email.

I'm sorry to have had to post to the forum but didn't know where else to get help. I really don't think this type of message belongs on a public forum...if you know what I mean.

You're welcome Barb. I agree, generally things should be handled privately. However, I thought that there may be others that are having the same issue. So your posting publicly might be a good thing. :) Especially if it is something to do with the server move. We just don't know until it is looked into.

I know that Vicki takes customer service seriously and will be in touch as soon as she can.

Merkee's right, I've been spending my days at the hospital with my mother and I have just today gotten my laptop to connect up there. I have been taking care of the customer service email at night at home though and I'm sorry, but I do not have any emails from you. You are the second person to let me know that I am apparently not getting all of the emails through the contact us page. I will investigate that further, but I'm going to send you an email directly. If you do not receive it, please email me at support at oscraps.com or vicki at oscraps.com and we'll get you taken care of.

Hi all,
Just wanted to let everyone know that Vicki did indeed contact me personally. I haven't had the opportunity to write her as I just got home from work. I wanted to let you know that I have been contacted and I'm sure everything will be worked out with my little "issue". Off to write to Vicki now.

It's me again....just wanted to update anyone reading this...Vicki is one FANTABULOUS person!!! She took care of my 'issue' immediately!!! I am more than pleased with the the results!!!!

Hi,

I'm having a problem also. Ordered from the shop yesterday and haven't yet received it. I logged into the shop awhile ago to contact but there is this notice.

It appears this form has not been working since we moved to our new server. We are working to correct the issue, but in the meantime, please just email us directly at support at oscraps.com

Could not find the link to support anywhere and so here I am. Used the link in an old email from the Oscraps shop but it brings me back here to Oscraps. I'm probably just looking in the wrong place.

Appreciate if someone would help. Thanks.

You need to just send an email to that email address and Vicki will get back to you pretty quickly. There is no link to send a message to support.

It's support@oscraps.com (they have it written out so it would not be a link)

Copy that address and paste into your email.

Thank you. Funny but I did copy that address from an old email and it didn't work but your link did so that's all that matters.

I have emailed you already but I wanted to respond here too when I saw this - you should have gotten an email from me with your download links and instructions on where to find them if the order email goes astray. Let me know if you don't get that email!!!!

Yes I got your email Vicki and to make things easier next time have opened a gmail account. It's in my profile. Thanks for your prompt reply. Now to get down to some serious scrapping!!
