So I missed the big O Cozumel gathering last year because we had a foreign exchange student living with us. But I'm really thinking that I've got to get there this year. I'm hoping that the Cheery Cheery O's are planning and scheming behind the scenes.

Anyone else want to think about the azure waters of Cozumel? Or perhaps the nutella crepes? Maybe the guacomole made at table side? What about el diablo?

Nope...I wasn't there. Just living it vicariously through all of you.

aw man! no way at all I can go but it would be soooo awesome to hear all about it! and perhaps we left at the ozone can plan a party here while the beach mamas are out sunning :).
 
I'm hearing very viable rumors of an escape!! and I got a really great look from Mr Gorgeous when I mentioned it again today!! :) (I love that man!!!!!!!!)
 
I will be there in spirit. The family and I will be home in NJ crying in our Mexican beers, and jarred guacamole. :(

Unless....I win the lottery and then we'll be there. But I kinda doubt that it going to happen.

Whoever goes-- have a great time! It was such an amazing trip!
 
I think you guys should go in February so that I can join you for a day. the world revolves around me right?? lol!!

Oh, before I forget.. Chris, guacamole is super easy to do! Just grab a couple avocadoes, mash them with diced onion (me, I'd rather skip the onions, though), some diced tomatoes, squeeze lime juice over it, and some chopped green chilis. Voila!
 
Sounds awesome Cynthia. I have my guest Cheery-O spot sometime before then so I'll probably get it all figured out then. For some reason I thought I sent you a message awhile ago, but I'm not for sure. I will be hitting you up though for sure. :)

I still think everyone should go at the end of February...or even join us on our cruise. ;)
 
How fun does that sound?! I hope you all have fun.

I never made it to Cozumel on our cruise in June - it was diverted to the Bahamas because of swine flu, and I had so hoped to meet Cynthia! :(
 
I love October! My birthday is in October! And I'm joining Sally's Mr. Gorgeous in asking for dates! (Because Brian only likes to know when I have all of the details worked out. :-) )
 
I would sooooo love to see you gals again! And meet those of you that I didn't get to before....

But I doubt that I'll be able to go in October, cuz hubby and I are planning a trip next month. Happy I get to go next month...but sad that I'll be missing the next O get together. :(

Wendy- I know there is no way for us to go this year, but I am hoping that things will change and am thinking positively ahead for Oct 2011!
 
omgosh...the flight from Houston to Coz on that Friday (no matter what day you come back) is only $198!!

SOmebody decide so we can book it, dano!! hehheh
 
Sounds like a wonderful time Wendy!

I'm looking at ways to get there for the 16th. The frequent flyer miles are really pretty limited around that time...but I'm trying to get it figured out. I've now looked at Des Moines, Omaha, Kansas City, Minneapolis and Chicago. None worked. So I'm checking into having two of us fly on frequent flyer miles using the heavy duty awards and two of us paying. I'll figure out something.

Phooey....can't go :( I sooooo want to!!!!! I have to be available for the school and it will be Nick's first time in his new one so I need to be here :) Maybe next year :)
