new phone

lOve the O!
I may need to replace my phone if I can't get a charger- dh melted it today. I have been wanting (not needing) a droid- the Motorola one, anyone have one or have any other suggestions- I really only talk on mine, rarely text, but could use get to the O during my lunch - currently blocked- how sad is that!

hahaha....good one Linda.

What I want to know Laurie is how it 'melted'??? Sounds like a good story?

Oh the jack was on the counter by the stove and when he finished cooking me breakfast yesterday, he moved the frying pan off the hot burner onto the other side of the stove- black glass top, and the black plug end must have been partway on the stove and he melted it - too bad for me- tee hee- as I am eligible for a new phone

That is a new one for my household- we have more of a prob with Scott sending his phone through the laundry.

Since my phone only makes and receives phone calls- any cool phone sounds like a fun one for sure!

This is a good question Laurie....my family is getting ready to renew our service too and we need new phones.

Which do you all like the best? I need something that you can text easier on. Everyone texts now instead of calling and my phone is just horrible to send texts on.

Oh the jack was on the counter by the stove
Ohhhh I can see that happening!! Hope you get a cool phone!!!

Laurie - I have a Droid and love it, but I'm a bit of a techie. Really, about the only difference between the Droid and the Eris is the keyboard. If you don't text much the Eris would probably work fine. It just has an onscreen keyboard, not the slide out kind. And it's about $100 cheaper. The Nexus One is a really cool smart phone too. I've also heard good things about the Incredible. :-)

I don't know if that helps or not!!
