i cannot wait to get the new iPhone!! I am using an old 3G one and the camera sucks on it. Anyone else getting it?

I am so not in the 21st Century!!!!!!!!!!!! I still have an old simple phone..and would prefer to do away with that!!!!


Although...the DH is starting to get the itch...so I would imagine by the first of the year we will be switching over....GREAT..something new for me learn how to use!!!

I love my 4S. Not necessarily urged to get the new one right now. I think I have to wait another 6 months to upgrade anyway and then it will probably cost me an arm and a leg.

I have a 3G and I CAN NOT wait to get the new one. I do suggest to all of you out there with the 4G or 4S...don't upgrade the software. The upgrades ruined my 3G and I would assume as the iPhone improves the software will too but the old phones won't be able to handle the change. So...don't upgrade.

So...who wants to loan me $200 for the new phone?? LOL!!!

HEHE....I knew...just haven't had any urge to buy.....thanks sweetie....I am home almost always...so I just don't have the need for this extra expense....the only time ever I wish we had smart phones is when we are out of town (which these days is few and far between).


If we do switch the first of the year, from our simple phones, it won't be iPhone..it will be something else...less $$$

Still thinking about it. Have the 4S which I love, but I hate being behind the times, so may need to upgrade ;-)

I've got the 4 but if I want to upgrade, it will only be for the camera in 5 as it's better. I tend to take a lot of my photos using iPhone these days. Will have to wait for it to come out and have a play at the Apple store before deciding.

Oh sure, now I have to check out if I can get an upgrade, I love my Iphone4 but I'm always wanting more!!!

I am on the fence. I still have my 3G and have had no complaints really. But you are intriguing me with the camera comments. I will look forward to your reviews on the camera. (Enablers!)

snort...you should see MY phone. the salesperson called it "the choice of the over-60 generation." i glared at him and told him it was just what i wanted. something that went "ringRING" and didn't take pictures or have Internet capability. i am SO retro....

I have a 3G and have been waiting for the new one to come out so I can upgrade. Mostly excited about a better camera and something that is not so painfully sloooow.

But, I'm having the hardest time pre-ordering! Found out I have to ship it to my parents, and then my bank declined my charge even though I have enough money. Psssht, whatever. We're still traveling, so I'll call the bank when I get home, but at this rate, I'm not actually going to see my new phone until november!

Phyllis - I think it's wonderful! You won't be checking your phone at the dinner table like many others!! LOL
