So I love a good nap. But I have recently discovered that naps don't refresh everyone like they do me. Some people avoid them because they feel worse after the nap than before. Tell me, what about you?
I hate taking naps I feel they are a waste of time but since my surgery I have fallen asleep in the recliner after lunch many times but I guess my body needs it to heal.
I have chronic insomnia so I don't dare - sometimes my eyes close without me asking theme to . sometimes when I'm scrapping my head starts nodding and I'm not saying yes - my hand will sometimes jerk and when you use a graphics tablet to scrap , it makes for very unusual results. When that happens I will take a quick nap.
yay yay yay - been taking a daily nap for years in the late afternoon ( around 45 - 60 minutes ) but lately because i have been so tired unfortunately i have to take a second short one about 20 - 30 minutes typically this one is around 1.5 to 2 hours after getting up in the morning
