I think I shall celebrate your birthday today while I am out and about celebrating mine. Or maybe I'll drag the celebrations out and do more stuff to celebrate birthdays!!

I was so happy- My MIL posted a photo yesterday on FB of a purse she made, She wrote about how she thought of how grateful she was to have me be part of the family as she made it. Totally rocks!!!

My mom got a Mother Daughter Photo album and is writing in it for me. :)

My b-day is Tuesday
 
Chris, I don't know why but your request brought tears to my eyes. It's completely beautiful!!

Tomorrow for your birthday I'll be out doing something I love spending the day with family for one of my cousins' Sweet 16 birthday :D

Today I already had a few nice moments during which I thought of you :)
Best one so far : I phoned parents to check how their evening at the Opera was last evening (they finally used the tickets I offered them last Christmas ;) ) and they told me they had a wonderful evening, which made me feel warm and happy :) And now I have this wonderful idea to offer them the CD next Christmas :D

I plan to wrap DH's birthday present tonight, and I don't know about you, but wrapping a present is something I love, imagining how it will be unwrapped (fast or slow, neat or torn ...) and the pleasure the person will get from the present. His birthday is on saturday, so I could have waited, but I thought since I don't have much time to spend on something special for me on week days, this would be a small thing to make me feel good on your birthday ;)

thanks again for this wonderful idea ... I'll think of you while wrapping the present :)

Happy Birthday Chris!!!! My dear friend! Three things I am going to think of you today while I am doing them...#1 - Drinking a caramel latte at Panera. #2 - Cleaning up my craft room (I know it's cleaning, but it's my craft room!!). #3 - Watching Firefly! :-)
 
Today I have been watching a fantastic movie (The Godfather 2 - hadn't seen it before and it was soooooooo good) while continuing on my crochet afghan. All in honor of your birthday. Movie + knit or crochet = my favorite thing to do

Chris, all day yesterday, I kept trying to think of what I could do to celebrate your birthday. But there was too much work to take a lunch break and there were kid things to do after work. And when I came home from swim practice I was so tired. But there were lunches to pack for today, etc.

And then it came to me, I could go to bed because I was tired. And I could leave some of the to do's undone. And the sun would still rise in the morning. And so, this morning I packed the lunches and I went out and drank my coffee and enjoyed the morning sunrise...because it did rise!

Thanks for your birthday! I hope yours was a happy one!

So this worked out for me and for your wish.....because I rarely ever do this because I hate having my photo taken!! Because this picture also shows I cut off all my hair...yep...Saturday I had a beauty day...hair and feet :becky: just for me

This is like the best thread ever!!! I'm just bawling (need more sleep!!) here!!!
