Do you have an instant pot? If so, what's your favorite recipe to use?

I love my Instant Pots and have four of them. One 8-quart, two 6-quart, and one 3-quart. I have been known to use two of them at once! One of my favorite recipes is Million Dollar Spaghetti. It's regular spaghetti with cream cheese. It's fabulous! You can check out all the recipes I have pinned here if you like.

I love love love my IP. I have an 8qt pot and a 3qt pot. We make a ton of rice in the little one. I love making bone broth. I love making a lot of Trim Healthy Mama recipes, Totally Dope Chicken is one we make a lot and IP the chicken so its super tender. I also love to make soups. Stroganoff is another yummy one we make a lot.

I love my IPs! I have an 8qt which I mainly use for soup, and a 6qt, I use for other things. I boil eggs in mine. And I love it for such things as baked apples, baked sweet potatoes, rather than heating an oven.

You are inspiring me to make some more meals in mine again. It's been a while, and I haven't used it for more than hard-boiled eggs and rice in months.
Last winter, I made broccoli cheese soup and French onion soup, both big hits.
