I' m in southern Spain on vacation and yesterday it was +36 C here. Today it's "only" +27 C and so much nicer, I think. The forecast for this weekend is +38 C :shock:so I'll be in the swimming pool all day long.

What weather do you prefer?

That sounds good, Nancy. 85 F is about 29 C, I think. The humidity is really high here for the moment and I hope it will be lower next week.

In Belgium ..nearly the same ...

For the moment ... Friday 7 pm ... 20° C a sky of 100 shades of grey and with rain and thunderstorm ...
we had a dry afternoon, but totally cloudy.
Humidity: 94%

I've just finished my cooking ... I've done the lighting in the kitchen to prepare supper ... so dark it is

the bad weather makes me depressed ... the weatherforecast for next week: same again
:sad::Cry:

We're in the midst of a heat wave! Its been 32-36 every day for the past three weeks at least. Hoping to get back up to the cabin in a couple of days!

Here in Paris we have around 21-24°C and a lot of rain since a month. Sky is grey and we haven't seen the sun for a few days.

They said on the weather forecast channel that we beat a record in July: it was the most rainy month since 1923!!!

It has been unseasonably cold and low humidity here in the mountains of north NJ. It feels much more late September rather than August. Its good for my electric bill since we have not had to run the AC very often, but it is really disappointing that I am not getting that Summer-Feeling. I love summer and hot weather.

OTOH- Since it has been so cool, when I am at the lake, I don't have to go in the water to cool off. I can't get my arm wet where I have my PICC line inserted (its like a port) so just getting my feet wet is enough. Last summer we had a lot of 90*+ days and I would go all in to cool off. This year, I don't have to.

Oh and we are pretty dry too. Its been nice not having to deal with a lot of rain but we are def. getting "brown" outside.

Not hot, but warm, humid and rainy the last three days here. It hasn't been typically summer hot, but it's not like it's been cool either. We desperately needed the rain, so that part has been nice.

hot and dry.....think constantly around 38-40°C ...:-(
(high 90's, 100's F)

Jolien has the same tempature in Mallorca, here in Belgium it's cloudy, and i don' t think it 's gonna take that long before it starts to rain...

Here in Oklahoma, US, it's been a weird, weird summer - 100 F one day and in the 60's the next!!!!!!! Insane. but good for the electric bill since it's normally all 100+ days.

Plus, lot's and lot's of rain which is a great thing! We're normally brown by now, but it's all green and lush and I haven't even had to water :)

we´ve had a crazy summer so far. I´m in Central Europe(Slovakia). We´ve had lots of rain and thunder storms, there has been super hot days, over 35°C, and then rain again, not very stable, so not that easy to plan your days with two kids.
Right now we have a grey sky, it´s a bit cooler, only 20°C, it´s going to rain. Yesterday, it was so hot, over 35°C and then in the afternoon, clouds came and brought some rain. so very unstable.

Seems like almost all of us are having weird weather patterns. It is crazy! When Cait and I went to outdoor yoga last night, we were actually kind of cold.

I know I was saying that we need rain, so I found the easiest way for that to happen. Make plans to go down the shore for a day. ;)
Cait, her boyfriend, and I were supposed to meet up with my mom tomorrow to go to Belmar, the town my mom's family owned a summer home when she was little. It has barely rained all summer but tomorrow is supposed to be rainy and t-storms all day. Ugh!!!

And then-- cold (70's) the rest of the week.

Since all of you are having rather warm days, I can add mine. They are not warm, not in the slightest - and not even pleasant. It's been windy and cold (10°C) for the past 2 weeks. And most days it's also raining :)

The good news is that I don't have to worry about my hay fever when the weather is like that :)
