Hi! everyone....although I have bought (a lot!!! he he) from Oscraps I have never posted in the gallery or been a part of this community. (Sorry!) The main reason for that is I am on 3 CT's and tend to "live" where I have to be the most active........

Well that is why I am now here....I am a member of the amazing Paula Kesselring's CT and am so happy she has decided to become one of the designers at Oscraps!

Having been a long time fan of Anna Aspnes as well, I am so happy to be able to freely use her kits and fabulous goodies here in the gallery.

I live on the East Coast of South Africa and at the moment the weather is hot, humid and a tad sticky even though we are at the end of our Summer and heading for beautiful Autumn!

I look forward to meeting many of you either in the galleries or the forums
and will try my best to be an active member at Oscraps! Having a full time job, training for a trek to Base Camp Everest in October and doing layouts for 3 fabulous designers means that time for me is very limited...... but I will try!

I look forward to feeling the warmth of the Oscraps Community that I heard so much about.

Hello and welcome here.

Always excited to meet people from the other side of the world. We are at the end of winter:peace: and today had a wonderful sunny day.....but heard we get the snow back:shocked:

Eastern SA? You'll make me homesick - well we never lived SA - but DH worked in Lesotho and we spent 20 years in Ethiopia, Malawi etc etc.

I recognise what you say about juggling all your Ct obligations specially when it's on different forums. That's why i dropped several so I can concentrate on just the O.

you'll feel at home here in no time at all.
 
:welcome: to Oscraps- I hear you on juggling job, scrapping and CT stuff. Like Ellen I dropped many CT's so I could concentrate on being here at the O. Can't wait to see your gallery!

Durban is such a lovely spot in the world. Only stayed shortly on a trip along the coast - SA is beautiful.
Everest base-camp will call for training, smart to start now. I walked almost the same rout, but took west to Kala Patar rather the same altitude I think. I had no prior training which was ignorant and not advisable. Most amazing experience though.
