My name is Maria and I am here because of Anna Aspnes I am new to this forum though I have many products from Oscraps in my stash. A little about me: I am from Athens, Greece and I am married for 39 years, I have two sons, both married, the younger got married on July and I have one 4 months old grandson Konstantinos. I love scrapbooking, photography, reading, walking. I am looking forward to meeting new people and make new scrapping friends. It’s wonderful to see familiar faces, too!
 
Hi Malou - Maria! Good to see you here too! I too had to go into my stash and start pulling the Oscraps goodies into a different folder.

(btw, that's an easier screen name for me to 'say'! My dgs is taking ancient Greek this year and his teacher says his class name is Nike, a translation of his English name. Nice!)

Hi Maria, while I've never been to the Greek mainland, I do love the Greek Islands and the Greek in general. Such a wonderful people, SO warm and friendly, what a difference from from the Bavarians! I wonder if it's a climate thing?! ha!

Maria, you need to post your costume layouts here. (If you haven't...I didn't check the gallery first!) They were sooo eyecatching!
 
I have always wanted to visit your place, though have not found that much confidence to do so as I have heard a lot of my friends have a hard time finding their way around the place.

I first got interested with Greece through mythology and later, food. Though I am more inclining to the second reason now. There is this Greek Tavern near my place and I just love going there.
