How do I revise a LO after I post it? I forgot to add the credits and don't know how to go back and do it.

Click on the little box with the dots on the right side of the page and it is Edit Media Item

Luisa, you can use the Edit Media link in the pic posted by Chris above OR you can click the Edit link under your layout, both of these take you to the same place.
