Oscraps

Hello from Lancaster County, PA

It's me back again with a question. I'm writing to you using Chrome which is not my default browser. I always use Firefox, but I can't log in. I can't comment or get to my album. It began by my having to log in every time I went to a new page. Then about last Thursday, nothing. I sent an email to admin using the "contact us" link, but no response. I don't know if it even went through. Can anyone suggest what to do? Thanks.

Linda

Hi Linda! I will pass this on and look into this further. Something about this is familiar and has happened before, but I can't remember all the details. I do know for support you need to email support directly, rather than filling out a form, so that could be what happened.

Don't worry!! We will get you all straightened out in no time!! :-)

Welcome to the O Linda. I'm sorry you are having browser issues. I hope we can get a suitable answer to you soon. Unfortunately our Contact form is not working correctly but this issue has been directed to the Big Boss and hopefully she has a solution or one of our other team members has an answer for you. Have fun in the challenges. That is definitely the place to be.

Thanks Clara. I am enjoying the challenges and find they are stretching my skills and enabling me to improve. I just hope this browser continues to co-operate.

The contact us form was not working, so I did not receive your email. That form has been taken care of, but I'm not entirely sure how to take care of your problem. I suspect that is a "cookie" issue because all of those things are handled by cookies.

Please try deleting cookies for Oscraps and see if that takes care of it.

If not, please check in firefox to make sure that cookies are allowed for https://ozone.oscraps.com

Please let us know if this takes care of it for you or not.

Thanks so much for your reply, Vicki. It's nice to meet you.
I've had "cookie" issues for some time now. (But they're mostly chocolate chip and peanut butter.) I did all of the above, crossing my fingers the whole time, that I didn't make things worse - I have done that. And here I am, up and posting. Lesson learned. I will check cookies first before panicking. I love it here and wouldn't want to miss anything. I continue to learn and have already seen an improvement in my work. Thanks to everyone.

hi, Linda!! sorry i missed your post for a while! welcome! can i just add that "lifting" is a GREAT place to start when you're learning the ropes. good luck, and looking forward to more of your pages!

Hey Linda - I just saw that you said you have been learning by scraplifting. Another great option it to use templates. I've been scrapping since 2007 and still use templates. I have a bit of an addiction. LOL!! But they are a great way to get started and then make it your own. Templates are simply a guideline and a wonderful way to get a layout started.
