H.E.L.P please! I can't edit my picture in the gallery

Hello Ladies,
For about a week now I've had the problem that I can't edit my layouts, i.e. I can't link to other galleries. At first I thought it was because the gallery was getting so many visitors, but maybe it's related to the update? Can someone please give me a tip or help me?

@Su_Sanne, If you hold down on edit Media, it should open in another window and you can edit it. That has been working for me.

How do you do ? Since few days I can't share my page in the 12 days of december event gallery and the gallery of the designer I used

Before, when I wanted to share a page in the challenge forum and in the designer gallery but now I can't.

The site had an upgrade last week. Vicki is aware of this problem and the tech is working on it. Please be patient while it is being resolved. Once it is fixed, there will be an announcement that it is done.

It's not resolved yet. Unfortunately the tech got sick and was off for Christmas. Hopefully he'll be back to make these fixes soon!

It is working... able to edit and add LO to multiple galleries!!!

Unfortunately, it still doesn't work for me, Vicki. The interim version didn't work either, which is why my picture from today appears three times in the gallery.

AND NOW ... tadaaaaaa drum roll ... IT WORKS for me, too!!

I was able to edit without right clicking. I tried to add my layouts to all the designer's galleries, for products used, and to the CheeryO gallery. I added two of my layouts to the CheeryO gallery, and it worked fine. I tried with two others and they didn't go into the CheeryO gallery, even tough it was checked. They did, however, go into all the designer's galleries, so I guess that's the most important. I'll try again once I add a new layout in a day or two and report back to this thread if I have a problem.

BJ, try going back to your layout and clicking the Edit link, right under your layout, and then clicking on the Show Additional Categories link that appears right down the bottom. To add more than one, like Members Gallery and Cheery O Gallery you need to hold the CONTROL key down (or Command for a Mac). Edited to add: My mistake, using the Control key is only for adding multiple designers (products you used), so no need to use for adding additional gallery categories.

Thanks, Ona. That's the way I did it. It worked fine on some of the layouts. But, for one, I have Joyful Hearts Design, mixed media by Erin, Oscraps Cheery O's, checked, as my edit. When I saved, the layout went into Joyful Hearts Design, mixed media by Erin, but not into Oscraps Cheery O's.

Ona, I just looked back through the Oscraps Cheery O's and it's already in there way back, but nothing was showing me, and I didn't look back far enough. I feel like an idiot right now. So sorry to waste your time.

@Betty Jo Okay, I was just looking at that layout and it is already in the NLD Gallery which why you NLD doesn't appear on the Additional Categories listing. It looks like NLD was the initial gallery you uploaded to, so all you needed to add was the Cheery O, Joyful Heart and Mixed Media by Erin galleries so you are all good.

Thanks again, Ona. Yes, I figured the part out about NLD, but couldn't figure out why I wasn't seeing it in the Cheery O section. When I tried putting it there today. When I edit and add it, does it put it where it belongs by the date?

yes it works on the date you initially posted.

The first two I edited were my newest so they showed up on the first page, and I thought they would all go there, but now I understand how it works. Just call me NUT from now on Ona! Hope my comments didn't confuse anyone else. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and patience.
