I spend the good part of the afternoon nattering away for 3 hours with .....

Anna Aspnes! She is such a lovely lady. We had such a lovely time talking about digi stuff and other topics! :p She is very tall though! I feel like a dwarf standing next to her, even in my heels! :grin:

OMG!!! Seriously!!!! Did you get her autograph?? :D

You both look fab!! I have to honestly say that I surprised Anna is tall- I always pictured her petite in my head!! LOL

No matter what- it is *always* a blast to see O-Fam together!

You know what? I never thought of it!!!! The autograph part! She probably thinks I'm nuts if I actually did ask for it!!!! Lol!

She's so humble! She doesn't even consider herself famous! And there I'm, trying to keep cool while I'm exploding inside with excitement! Lol!

That is so cool. Were you both on vacation? I got to meet Sally while we were both on trips to Seattle once. It is so cool how our paths cross. I actually live in the same neighborhood as a lady I met in digiland. I love this!!! Better scrap it for the Oscraps Around the World Challenge!!

Anna is on vacation. She's in the UK visiting family. She happened to be at a hotel near my place so we made arrangements to meet up. She'll be visiting Cadbury World later today (think chocolate factory). What fun. No doubt you will see it on her pages!

I saw that Anna was coming over to England, thanks to an Instagram pic she posted ... and how cool that the two of you got to meet up! I bet you were on cloud 9 all day, Audrey :grin:

No way! She's really tall! I knew she's tall, from photos she posed on the blog but IRL, much, much taller!!!

The best part was seeing her kids. We see them a lot in her LOs so it was good to see them IRL! They are adorable! It was her son that took that particular photo!

Totally giggling at this thread. I'm just a regular 5 ft 9 girl on vacation who had the opportunity to meet up for a bit of chit chat. It's always fun to meet new people and it's even better when they get my passion. Thanks so much Audrey for taking the time.

Ella and Luke loved Cadbury's World. It had changed a lot since I was last there about 15 years ago. Hoping to get to the sea-side town of Skegness tomorrow if the weather is nice.

I'm hoping for some sun tomorrow too! Got stuff that need to be done outdoors! Might just be sunny, fingers crossed!

Glad they enjoyed Cadbury World. My boys thoroughly love the place each time we visit!
