Each player names something to take on a picnic that starts with the first letter of their name. The next player copies the sentence and writes ins something they can take starting with the same letter. The play continues until a player cannot think of anything that starts with the current letter then changes the letter to their own name's first letter.
example:
1st player: My name is Patsy and I can bring potato salad to the picnic. (The play continues until a player cannot think of anything that starts with a P)
Stuck? The next player changes the letter:
My name is Teresa. I can't bring potato salad but I can bring Tuna. The following players continue with T until nothing more can be thought of.
I'll start.
My name is Kythe and I can bring Kumquats to the picnic.
