UPDATE Gallery Guidelines - Updated Dec 2024

sounds good, thanks for the FAQs - just checking, so if the page is not for a specific challenge, we select to upload to the member galleries, is that right?

You can also choose to add it to a designers gallery if you use that designers products, or to a gallery such as the Art Journal Gallery, but you also have to specifically add it to the Members Gallery. It won't go their automatifcally. (Hope that answers your question. If not, someone much smarter than I will show up soon. :) )

Hi Justine, as Cindy so correctly said, you can upload your layout to any gallery, and then 'add' it to other relevant galleries. I think the quickest way, if the layout is not for a challenge, is to simply upload to the Member Gallery and then tick the boxes as to what other galleries you want your layouts to be located in. There are some guides located in the Need Help section if you need further info. HERE or even ask more questions there if you like. Great to see you here Justine! :)

Hi everyone!
  1. All layouts uploaded to the Oscraps Gallery must contain at least 50% Oscraps products *that are currently in the store (a template equates to 15%) - see FAQ Sheet in Post #2 for more information.

  2. Please credit ALL the products you have used, for a non-Oscraps designer please mention their name but not their store and do not link to a non-Oscraps designer

  3. Please ensure that any photo you use is NOT copyrighted and if applicable, provide the appropriate credits for it - as of Dec 12 December 2024, please credit the source of your photo see FAQ below.

  4. Please post only 5 layouts per day.

  5. The size of the layout has changed so ALL layouts should be around 250kb - as of December 15 2024
Layout dimensions can be in a square format ie. 600px x 600px OR 800px x 800px OR any rectangular format

Please disregard the 1000x1000 1mb noted on the Gallery Home page!

  6. No outside linking (please don't post links to products or services sold outside of Oscraps)

  7. Please refrain from "drive-by layout dropping" - meaning do not post layouts in our gallery to simply fulfill your CT requirements. Please join us in the forum and introduce yourself and participate in challenges so we can get to know you better.

  8. Oscraps reserves the right to delete any layout at their discretion not following these guidelines above.

  9. Oscraps is considered a friendly, family environment where we want everyone to feel comfortable and safe, therefore, no nudity, obscene, racist, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, offensive, defamatory and inciting political or religious material will be tolerated.
Refer to FAQ Sheet below for further information.

Please indicate below that you have read and accepted the new guidelines.
Looking forward to meeting our new members!
