I can't remember who linked us up last year...but our eagles are having new babies again!!!

Mike was so fascinated by this....he happened to think about it today that it was this time last year...he went in search...and yep....there they are in the nest with three new eggs this year!!!

This is a live feed and can be rather boring...but if you keep up with it, in a a few weeks...three tiny birds are born and then you see them work and work....feeding and feeding and OH MY they grow fast and HUGE!!! We kept up with them (well, Mike did and kept me updated) until they flew the coop!!! It all really happens so quickly!!! and if you look at a lot of the links there are really amazing photos there too...like the ones that actually show how HUGE....HUGE.....HUGE....that nest is!!!

Our 5th grade teachers keep this feed up most of the time. They study eagles at the nests at our nearby wildlife refuge. :-) It's fun to watch.

We have many live eagle cams here Linda! They are fasinating aren't they! Had a pair land in the tree in our back yard yesterday we are hoping that they will be having babies soon!

That is cool! A few months ago, our local zoo had a penguin cam up that my kids were enthralled by.

Did any of you catch Ashalee's photos of the hummingbirds on her FB page? Her pics of them were amazing.

Way cool Nana!
DH is a birdwatcher. He's keeping track of about 10 birds *eek* through livestream.

One of them is the Stork. There aren't many of them left in NL.
A few of the others: Peregrine, Eagle-owl, Screech owl and a Kingfisher.

My aunt & cousin was talking about this last week. I guess one of the TVs in their principles office is set on this so anyone walking in can watch. Definitely need to check it out!
