First Person to pop into your head ... NOW

Quick ... who is the first person to pop into your head today?

For me, it's my mother. She was loved by everyone. I saw her for her strength in kindness. I NEVER heard my mother say anything derogatory about anyone. She had many differences but she allowed others to state their opinions and she gently gave hers. She never put anyone down for their beliefs or choices. She garnered so many friends because of her non-judgmental life. She was a true communicator. I miss that about our society now. No one wants to kindly listen & talk ... only shout over each other. I truly miss my mother!

My Son Jason... I miss him dearly and he is such an amazing Dad to Isaac and Sadie and husband to his lovely wife Jackie! Hard working military man and has accomplished so much in his career! He is kind and caring, but doesn't put up with any nonsense from anyone. I miss our talks and how he still loves to hug his Mom (I so miss those hugs!)

My daughter. She is making small animal hammocks to sell in her Etsy shop (Plug: RatQueenCreations ) and I have been having a heck of a time trying to link her shop and new products into my FB and twitter posts. She is working so hard trying to make a few dollars since she hasn't been able to get a summer job this year. I don't know why I am having such trouble!
But she is creative and she loves her rats.

All of your stories are heartwarming and inspirational

I love reading these! I just want to comment on the RatQueenCreations

- That is so cool!!! I think she should branch out on her sticker creations as they are suuuuuper cute! To include people (like one she's done of herself), people with their pets, other pets, etc.

Thank you Vicki! I will pass that along to her- both the "liking" and the idea. :)
She taught herself how to use Inkscape, the free version of Illustrator. I am amazed at how fast that she picked it up. I had no idea how popular stickers like that are either.
So cute.

Thanks again!!

Trudy - your son sounds like the perfect son. I love that he still gives mom hugs! :) I admire his dedication to family & his military life. I know you must miss him greatly.
marijke - Ada-Noor sounds like she must love spending time with her grandmother, as well. I know you cherish these times together. I hope she & your grandson have a great school year.
Chris - your daughter is an amazing person & talent. Those hammocks are so cute. Almost makes me want to get a rat! :) I hope her business takes off roaringly.

All of us ladies are blessed in many ways. Thank you for sharing a small part of your heart, here!
