I don't have a favorite holiday movie, but i do have a tradition to watch a dutch tv show "All you need is love" at christmas eve.
In that show the host will bring couples/families who live separated in different countries back together to celebrate the holidays.

It's a Wonderful Life is probably tied with Miracle on 34th Street for me! And I have to admit that I love Chevy Chase in Christmas Vacation...probably because it causes my husband to laugh so hard each time he sees it!
I grew up watching Chevy's Chase movies, they are funny

I've watched at least 10 times "Holidays in handcuffs" one of the most funniest movies, and "Christmas with the Kranks" definitely is one of my very faves! Have fun my dear!

Have any of you seen the new Christmas Story Christmas?

A Christmas Story is one of my family's must-see specials. We decided to watch the new one the other night and it was really cute. Not even close to as funny as the original but lots of sweet and funny moments ♥
I will have to look that one up!

My kids always loved Home Alone, Elf, The Grinch and Scrooged on Christmas Eve. We have finally taken Scrooged and Home Alone out of the line up! Another ffave is A Child's Christmas in Wales based on the Dylan Thomas poem.

I cried so hard in the new Christmas Story. My Momma died on Christmas day and having the Dad die just before Christmas laid me out. Then just the nostalgia of it. The age of the kids were the age I was in the 70's...
