Linda -- wow!! that's great that they enjoyed school!! Hopefully it keeps up
Laurie -- Geeze, sounds like a busy day -- hopefully the dentist & doctor don't find anything!
Chris -- I hope you got your coffee!!!
Krista -- Sounds like you had a great night yesterday! I'm jealous

I need to get into the whole posting goal thing next month...
Linda W -- have you tried doing the Neil-Med sinus rinse? Not the neti pot -- that could really screw up your middle ear. I LOVE the sinus rinse paired with a nasal spray like astiline or pantanase. That always worked best for me!! And we live in like the worst air quality place in north america.
& Netflix is AMAZING!!! I can't wait until we have kids & are homeschooling -- all of their watch instant educational stuff is going to be great!
Andrea -- I have no idea how you're able to get up that early!!! I'm usually the early bird when my hubby is home, but this morning he was the one who got up early. I'm sure you'll look great in the dress, Clara wouldn't steer you wrong! It's great that you have a hubby who would want to take you out for a night & show you off
Trudy -- aw that's great that her BF's cousin was there!! & even greater that the airline was good with the wheelchair!!
Clara -- That's a great idea for your family to send money for outings!! That way the birthday keeps giving, lol! How have things with the bank been going??
OK -- On to ME!
This Thursday I'm tempted to stay in bed. Yesterday afternoon my husband heard from a background investigator for a job he was hoping to get. They accused him of lying because he didn't tell them he was disqualified for a job with another agency -- YET THAT AGENCY NEVER TOLD HIM! Legally they were supposed to send him a letter, they never did & we had to hear they didn't pick him by reading who they did hire in the newspaper. Ugh, so it was a HUGE blow. This other agency isn't going forward with him either because they think he's a liar. He talked to the Sgt in charge of the investigator, and the Sgt said it was a policy thing, but he did work things out to be slightly better for Jeff. Jeff doesn't have to say they disqualified him, just that they didn't move on in the BG.
Ugh. So, the hubs is upset because it would of been a nice job. I'm praying that it doesn't keep him down for too long. He really hates his current job, he's always afraid of getting fired (they're often firing people because they can.) I think it was a blessing that he didn't get the job -- because the agency sounds pretty shifty & political. It was a huge blessing just in the process of traveling there -- we got to build stronger relationships with his family that we stayed with on the coast -- which was worth it for me!
So now -- he's up for a job with a nearby agency, and reapplied with the agency that apparently disqualified him last time. I'm praying that something good happens, and he'll be able to leave his current job! No other agencies have money -- our legislators can't pass that annual thing -- what is it called -- oh yeah, a budget!
After the disappointing news, I let him get his birthday present early -- Starcraft II! It lifted his spirits a bit. He'll be able to play with his friends that he hardly ever gets to see anymore.
So, today I'll be working at home & then I have to go into my PT job to fill out another appraisal report. I'm told its an easy one -- not another wannabe Hearst Castle! LOTS of people are refinancing their homes right now because rates are LOW -- so if you've been thinking about it, now's the time to do it!
