lOve the O!
Last day of work for me until the 23rd- it will be a long one for sure, but that is okay by me- then I do not have to think about work, I can have some wonderful me time. I am off to the treadmill, then work, then at lunch the library to get books for the trip and the pool! Plan on staying late at work. Tomorrow is final trip prep- packing- burning CD's so I can scrap if I want to on dh computer, cleaning for my house sitter, and going to Cbus so I can see my friend Anna- yeah! Okay to the treadmill- I will try to stop in tonight if I am not too tired!

Oh Laurie, sounds like a great time ahead. Isn't preparing for a vacation exhausting? But the reward is so worth it.

Laurie-- oh you sound so excited! I am excited for you- it sounds like you are going to have a wonder time! We'll miss you and pop in if you can.
Safe travels!

Linda S- ITA- I am only going to PA for a few days and already I feel the stress of the packing and cleaning and pet-prep hitting me.

I think I got just about to everyone in the weekend ooo's, except Clara's last one. I am soooo jealous that you got to meet our Nana!!!!!! Totally green with envy-

I am really glad that Derek was able to get his beer- yes, it is the little things that help- and ITA- it is good sign!

I am off to go food shopping, then I am playing mom's taxi, packing and cleaning. I seriously wanted to scrap today but my computer keyboard (the new one) stopped working too. i am on my laptop, which is great to scrap on when I am away, but its not as easy to use. I miss my tablet!

me Me monday- I am going to make sure I breathe today! Not just real breathing, that I do no matter what, which is a good thing, ya know? *giggles* No, I am going to make sure I take a break at some point and ~~breathe~~

Hi everybody!
Just got home from another ultrasound. Little Walter looks very normal, and the doc says I no longer need any special treatment due to my age. Just the regular appts everybody has. I also heard from Vince and he is now saying next week for sure. I still get butterflies thinking about it.

Clara texted me, and she thinks they have a lead on housing so that's good!

CHRIS- BREATHE!!!

Ugh, I should go clean. Not that my man cares about the house being spotless, but it would be a good way to work off the nerves! Heeeeheeehee!

Hey ladies!!

So, had a great day at the water park with the kids and Nana's family. So, it was pretty cute. Ethan was talking to Cameran and then asked "Where's Nana?" and I thought that was just so cool that everyone calls her Nana even the kids of her imaginary friends. LOL!! But it was a good day.

Andrea is right, we got a lead on a house. Because Derek's dad was being a spaz about the camper we (by we I mean Derek, with me hounding him to do it, and sitting next to him telling him all the questions to ask) made some desperate calls to the housing office and ended up talking to a different housing manager of different neighborhood with similar floor plans. Well, because he made that phone call she held a house for us because we were going to be in town at the right time when one came available. So, it looks like we may no longer be homeless at the end of the month. Whoohoo!! Yay!!! I am totally stoked. The vagabond thing got old about 3 days after it started back in June. The traveling and seeing family has been awesome and it has been great but living out of our car and only having what we have has definitely made me appreciate what I have so much more. Let me tell you how excited I am to get rid of more stuff though when it arrives from the movers though. Sick of unnecessary stuff. I do have my gazing ball though and now I have to get a pedestal for it but I have to get the right one. Derek is even starting to get the humor I get from it and will allow me to put it up, although doubtful it will be in the front yard. Maybe I can find something with fairies or something. I'll have to start looking. Just so you all know...I really thought they were something made up for Farmville. I didn't think they really existed until I went to Michigan.

So, life is getting better...I'm starting to breathe easier. It will get rough again before it gets better, once we get our household goods delivered and I start my attempts at homeschooling...things may get hairy for a bit again. But they will all even out sooooooo very soon. Yay!!!

Laurie - I have totally missed where you are going on vacation. Or are you going to Cbus for it? My MIL was trying to tell us that was how we should drive to Fayetteville, down through Columbus, Cincinatti and to Knoxville. Would add 5 hours to our trip. Absolutely not...no way. So, we didn't go that way. I hope you had an easy last work day.

Hi Linda!!

Chris - Please breathe today. I hope you can get everything done you need to get done today. When do you go to PA??

Andrea - Yay for normal prenatal care. That is awesome. Cleaning is good for the nerves. I'm so excited for you getting Vince home. That is awesome.

Okay...the kids think we need to go to the pool so I guess we're going to the pool.

Lucky Clara to get to meet Nana Linda! And so happy that you won't have to live in the camper as long as you initially thought.

Chris, hope you got those few minutes of "me" time.

And, Andrea, so glad to hear that everything is looking good for little Walter! And hurry home Vince!

hey everyone - I had a great day at work- all my afternoon patients didn't show or cancelled, so I got lots of paperwork time and still stayed till 8:30- but I am closer to being caught up and close enough to not worry about it.

Clara- going to CNY, then Vermont- Cbus is for tomorrow to meet up with my friend Anna for lunch- hoping to stop at container store and a camera store to get a uv filter for my camera

Andrea- hugs to you as you and walter prepare for the homecoming!

Linda- yes packing and prep always are a hassle, but worth it
