GooOd mOrning/afternoon/evening!
Early and dark out here for me. :tea: :tea: :tea:
So not liking the cold weather. It was just so cold and damp and just plain old icky yesterday. It wasn't even raining, just blech. I know, I know. You have heard me grumble about this every fall/winter..... and you will sadly have to hear it again. :sorry:
I figured out what i think I might like for a Christmas present. My mom and I were in NJ's yesterday and they had out those fake electric fireplaces. The one I liked was small.o bigger than a space heater, and it had the fake flames and could heat up to 1000 sq feet. I miss the wood stove we had before we put the addition on and I hate being cold. Gary will probably get the most use of it since it will go in the living room where he hangs out most of the time. But maybe it will save a bit on the oil bill since he keeps turning the heat up and up and up. We'd be able to turn the thermostat down and just keep the LR warm for him. Maybe?? I just want a fireplace
OTOH, it kind of stinks to get that as a present for me, but WTH else do I need? *shrugs*
Caitlyn found out that we have the same size foot and we had been joking about getting a pair of Doc Martens to share but my mom hated that idea, that I shouldn't have to share a gift with Cait. I'd be sharing the fireplace too-- but I guess shoes are different to her? Who knows?LOL
I am all set to get my hair done today! wheeeeee! I am looking fwd to seeing Gary's cousin too. And her little one!
So enough babbling from me-- better get rolling along....

I want everyone in my life, both "real" and cyber, to know how much I appreciate them. I am really and truly blessed to have so many people help me in so many ways!
I wish that everyone was lucky enough to have the same. I hate hearing how my kids friends hate their parents or I see that people are alone and lost.

out: my day got all screwed up with having to run all over town to get hubby his halloween stuff!!! Oh how I hate Walmart!!!! You should have seen the line ups at the till! I did save quite a bit on the candy for Halloween and picked up a few new decorations, but oh my gosh it was busy!! Ugghhh!! So I spent the better part of the day getting mouse ears made, it was kinda fun and I only burned my fingers a couple of times with the glue gun :becky: I know we used to have a set of Mickey Mouse Ears around the house a long time ago, but maybe Heather took them with her??? They were very uncomfortable though, probably made for much smaller sized heads LOL.
