Happy Wednesday my lovely O-Fam! A rainy Wed. here today and I am off to go food shopping. Why does it always seem to rain when I have to food shop? Oh well, rain is *always* better than snow, in my book. This afternoon, I am taking my puppy to play with her cousins. I am having coffee with my BFF and Ray is hopefully going to play nice with her dogs. She has two little dogs- 10-15 lb, which means my cats and Bunny weigh more than them. ha!!!

Nana- woo hoo on the bathroom! Renovations are always so much nice when they are happening at someone else's house. Its like how pregnancy goes by so fast when it isn't you that is pg.


Phyllis- I don't know how you can stand the leaves blowing like that. Ii have a small piece of property but it is surrounded by trees everywhere. I am totally OCD where I want every last leaf off my lawn and esp. my patio (they blow into the house when the front door is opened)Thankk goodness I don't have as much property as you or I would be dead or insane by now hahaha!!

Clara-- were you able to find lip gloss pots? Let me know if you need a new place to order fron- expensive but you can also try Michaels.

Trudy- why do cats do that??Love them, but man, they can be PITA's LOL

Sally- the gallery is amazing!!!! Happy sewing too!

Donna- omg-- that is always what I say- I need to take a break, but to stop falling behind at the same time.

Good Morning every one:
Frani – yes it’s the nicest surprise/feeling when you find something you've lost and not forgotten about. It's like getting a Christmas present.

Everyone else – I delivered 1 trunkload for the scrapbook garage sale and I’m off to get the oil changed in the car. It is a very good feeling to have it gone. I cleaned in the basement again…. And it’s starting to look better – 1 box at a time. I found 3 more things that had been on the missing awol list since 2005 … so it seems like I had Christmas early 2 days in a row. I found $8.50 in cash too – silly me didn’t know it was missing. Mamaw had a bad headache all day – hopefully she has a better day today! When I get back from the oil change it’s back to the basement for me… I’m supposed to be looking for more scrapbook stuff for the garage sale….but those boxes are buried really deep.

good thing I'm not ocd my leaves go where they want all over the place the yard is the size of a postage stamp and nothing is picture perfect about it...

Good Morning my lovely O' Ladies.....

Up early today, guess I'm stressing about work and my car....my co-worker, fellow team member had emergency gall blander surgery so I have double the work. Next week is our payroll processing week but we have one less day to process because of thanksgiving holiday. So we are going in on Sunday and working like mad to get things processed. I really must look for another job, but alas there just isn't much out there right now....I have to remember to be thankful I still have a job......hwell:

OMG Chris that rabbit does look like a demon rabbit...just look at those red eyes.......

Morning all..another foggy day but we're going out to breakfast with some people from Annapolis that Dick met on one of his bike rides. They bought a 2nd home down here and it will be interesting to hear about that, the prices etc. Dick is out on a bike ride now so I have about an hour of free time.

I watched about half of Season 1 of Breaking Bad last night. I had the headphones on while Dick read, and every once in a while I'm sure he was interrupted by a great OMG or guffaw! I'm looking forward to watching more today. I love Netflix.

I also wish I had another short sleeved shirt. It's supposed to go up to 75 today! Maybe a short drive over to the Outlets here on the island. I could also go from one consignment shop to another but that sure would have to be without Dick!

Chris...omg that is one humongous rabbit. Yikes! Have a fun visit and doggie play date.

Debbie - way to go on that basement cleaning. As Flylady says, it's a pile a time, a box at a time, and in time it's done.

Frani - I do hear you about the job. When you have a job that is time sensitive, holidays just shift the work and jam up another day. I also recall griping about a certain aspect of one job I had...the whiney, complaining people...and my daughter reminded me that...But Mama, if they didn't have all those problems, you wouldn't have a job! So so true. It must be hell trying to find a job these days.

Well, it is shower time.

Frani-Hope work settles down for you? Where do you work/type of work your office does?

Maureen-Enjoy those temps and enjoy your program. Have not seen that.

my girls are saving up money for a bunny.....so far they have 37 dollars LOL told them they need the money for the bunny the cage and supplies


anyways....im exhausted i've been up pretty much ALL Night with a stuffy nose...couldn't sleep so finally at 5am i got up out of bed and then i made pancakes this morning haha....now i can't stop sneezing all this after being sick all weekend with i dunno what....flu i guess? i dunno fever chills, hot flashes whole body just hurt...etc....so yeah so much fun! lol

Oh Chris that bunny is amazing!! I am intrigued by rabbits, do they make good pets? Not that I can have pets...we have tons of rabbits in my neighborhood, cottontails and jacks...they're so cute and funny it is hard for me to chase them, but the bunnies like my flowers :-(

Maureen I'm a Netflix in bed fan too I recently did all 4 seasons of Mad Men and now I am on Dark Shadows Revival Love watching Netflix on my iPad.

Fran, I hope things settle down for you...why does work have to be so hard? And it always seems to get the most stressful when we need it not to be.

Deb it must be such a good feeling to find stuff! I have some things on my MIA list since we moved last year. Every month or so we pull out boxes and go through them, but I am a pack rat and cannot get rid of things.

I'd better get back to my book...Shutterfly sale, trying to see if I can add up a bunch of coupons and get a good price on a 20-pager of my Europe scrapbook pages.

Chris, Evil Enormous Bunny is CUTE! i once had an Evil Enormous Angora Bunny that i bought so i could use his fur to spin yarn. Evil Enormous Angora Bunny used to chew on furniture and electrical wiring. Cats are the biz. period. no more bunnies here.

i think i'm staying home today. the weather is gray and there are a lot of trucks outside in the driveway, so maybe i should take this opportunity to atually DO something inside my house. like ironing.

Morning "O" friends, off to work today, its soooo dark outside, I hate this time of year, I want the summer back!!! :hurt: Oh well it could be worse, I could still be on the prairie where winter lasts forever and comes even earlier than here on the West Coast.

Chris - Yikes!! that is one big bunny!!! But looks so soft and squeezable ! Have a great time with your BFF today!

Debbie - Wow sounds like you are really getting in there and purging! I wish I could help, I love to get rid of stuff! I'm very Monica like that LOL. Don't leave anything lying around in my house or out it goes.

Fran - It sucks that you are sometimes unhappy with your job, but like you say we have to remember that we are lucky to have a job these days. Hope your week goes productively :hug:

Maureen - I love Netflix too!! We are into watching the Tudors series right now. Even hubby is enjoying it.

Donna - While you are out Christmas shopping would you pick up a couple of gifts for me too?? I really have to get busy and start shopping! Ordered a few things from amazon yesterday, but really have so much more to do.

Hey ladies...just hopping in real quick. We had a Thanksgiving lunch at my husband's work. I made cornbread stuffing and cranberry sauce. It was fun. I love living five minutes away because I can bring stuff in warm. Now I am trying to get Addie to rest for a bit but failing miserably. Ugh!! So, off to try harder.

Chris - i did find a new place and they are supposed to get here today or tomorrow. Much better than the answer Sunburst had for me. Thanks for your help. they are a little smaller but will be fine.
