Ok, ok, so officially I was back yesterday but I am back starting off our day with the Daily ooo's!!!!!!!!!! I missed it!

I was really hoping to take some time to stroll through the forum and gallery yesterday but laundry pretty much took up all of time. bah!

I have to make this short, I am moving pretty slow today too. I have my mammogram today, boo hiss.....But at least I'll save 10 seconds after my shower not putting on deodorant LOL

Morning Chris glad to have you back, glad you enjoyed your vaca and I hear you on having to the back to norm stuff when you get home. I'm getting ready to head to work- hope to do personals tonight!
 
Meg- how are you feeling today? Sinus infections are the pits. One good thing about being on abx constantly for Lyme is that I haven't had a sinus inf. in years!
I am guessing that you are allergic to eucalyptus, too. If you are not, you can put a couple of drops of Euc. globulus essential oil into a bowl of steaming water and make a tent out of a towel and breathe that in. Euc gl is good for sinus inf's.

Katrina- I am so sorry about your horse, that must have been a very difficult decision. Where in NJ is he going? We have some horse stables up near me, one of Cait's friend's owns a few. wouldn't it be so nice if your horse came here? I know... what are the chances.....but it would be nice!

Can i tell you how funny it was in the "wait in your robes with other women in a freezing room"?For some reason, they had the TV blasting and there were several of us trying to read and ignore it.Finally one woman asked if we could just turn it off.
Amazingly- we all stared chatting and laughing- how the room was cold, the window blinds were down, how funny it would be if we flashed people going by the window, made a banner to "Save the boobies'... random silliness that made the time go much faster.
If they had a cart with coffee/tea it would have been perfect LOL

Clara- how was D's b-day? Good for you for getting E evaluated. i know, it stinks to have to do it, but you'll be glad that you did. where are you going now? You haven't stayed put since you moved down here :D

Dawn- if bunnies are like cats, I am sure that they will work things out and will be buddies soon. Just be careful in the meantime. I have been bitten by Scott's rats and those little teeth hurt! Sending some virtual chicken soup and a blankie to feel better.

Petra- hope you are catching up on your sleep and scrapping (not necessarily in that order)

Wooo! Welcome back Chris!!!

Another quick one for me today, I'll try to catch up on personals later tonight or something. SO FAR BEHIND!!!

Well, I'm feeling worse, blahhh!! I have to go into work this morning to finish the second report from yesterday. The company that assigns the appraisals sends us a file that we fill everything out on & send back... well, the file for my second appraisal yesterday was locked & I couldn't do anything. We'll see if it's fixed today, my boss never replied back.

I'm really loving Jeff's new schedule though... even though it means we don't have afternoons/evenings together, I'm enjoying not sleeping alone every night. Yeah, he's a bed hog, but he's getting better at it. We've been staying up until one on his nights off, and two am ish on the nights he works. Since he gets home a little after midnight, he needs to wind down before bed, so we watch Dirtiest Jobs & whatever else is on that late, lol. Or he plays StarCraft II. & then we sleep in until eight or nine, it's great!!!

Ok, I'm writing a novel trying to avoid leaving for work... going with wet hair today - gasp - because I can only use my hair dryer in our room, and Jeff deserves to sleep in since he's letting me work on his day off.

Seriously... leaving... now... :bolt:
 
Happy Wednesday everyone! I am waiting for my coffee to be done brewing and then I am hitting Photoshop and plan on finishing my calendar today finally. I hope to sneak in a few other pages as well, we will see how the day goes. Have to return an overdue library book and should really pop in on my sister for a bit, I haven't seen her for ages.

Chris - It's so nice to have you back with us! A fun time getting a mamo?? Boy I bet that doesn't happen to often! Too funny LOL Glad that it went well and all you ladies have such a great sense of humor about it! What the heck you may as well laugh right?? You must have missed me whining about my jaw, I dislocated it a while back and still waiting for it to correct itself, but so far it's not happening, might have to have splints put on my jaw to fix it. Not sure what that will be like? But enough whining :tape: , I have to stop or everyone will ban me from here :ban:

Meg - I know what it is like when your hubby works late shifts, mine used to have to unwind at the end of his shifts too, but it was the best time to spend together just talking or cuddling on the couch! Soon you won't be able to fall asleep without him there next to you in bed. Hope your day at work goes well!

So....Yes, I am trying to help Clara and get her tickets sold....the concert is about an Hour and Half from here...so she thought I could get them sold easier than she could....I have everyone I know on the case Clara!!!! If anyone around is looking for tickets, we will get them sold...

Well, these days, my days are much more ON MY FEET...Bwhahahahaha...this means I do a lot of chasing....with Miss Savannah walking...my computer time during the day is limited much more than before!!! she doesn't take long naps...EXCEPT TODAY!! WOOOT! she has been asleep for two hours...and I....HAVE BEEN SCRAPPING!!! I have not done much of that lately either...now I know last week you guys were saying I was a scrapping fool...reality...those pages were mostly CT stuff and were made last month...NOVEMBER, I have done very little scrapping!! TIME TO BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay..so the boys birthdays....we called Jacob (he's in TN...so we won't get to see him until Christmas)...he had a "party" this past weekend...really it was just renting video games and having about 6 friends stay over....which is a typical weekend for him anyway!! :)
Jesse....my sweet little boy....he and his Mommy made cookies and had a little party together with his sister yesterday....we are having a party here at my house this weekend....PIZZA CAKE PRESENTS!!! Just what a 4 year old likes :)

Got some other things going on here at the house....making me a little grumpy...but this too shall pass!!! Well, they will when I decide to deal with them!! HAHAHA!!!

So, I discovered on my way home from work that someone siphoned out a quarter tank of our gas. I know this because the last time the car was driven was home from the gas station, and I work only half a mile from home.

I'm off to go get a locking gas cap! Grrr, not happy because I like how our gas cap is attached to the car so I don't have to forget to put it back on.... Oh well, with gas prices rising, we can't afford anymore gas thieves!!!
 
Nana Linda - Great post!!! Hope you get lots of scrapping done, I am working on mine, hubby's parade is tomorrow so hope to get lots of photos! I wish you had a sister too, but I could be your temp sister if you like?? I actually have 3 sisters and 3 brothers I am the youngest, I only really get to see my one sister who lives in the same town as me, she works crazy hrs at a hospital and my other sister lives a few miles away and works full time and has a B&B to run so I hardly ever get to see her. My oldest sister lives over on the Mainland in Vancouver and so we hardly ever see her either. Anyway hope your afternoon is full of good things!

Meg - Oh my goodness a gas thief?? Really?? It's always something isn't it?? So sad that you have to now lock up your gas cap. :hug: take care!

I'm feeling about the same, no real improvement so far today. But, the hubby is pampering me! We figured out what to do with my huge chocolate bar, we're going to make some smores in the oven for SURVIVOR!!! tonight :) I'm needing massive amounts of chocolate, its that time again, and it keeps me from crying at the smallest little heartwarming or sad story. My hubby's co worker is going through some super tough stuff, and we want to help her, but every time Jeff starts to tell me some more of her story, I start to break down in tears.

Ok, I need to go work on my Christmas kit some more... I was hoping to have it done by now.
 
hey ladies! this drive is taking forever. i feel like crap with some sinus crap so derek is doing the driving.

we saw the doctor yesterday. ugh! he was horrible. i will never see that doctor again. thank goodness he is not my permanent doc. we got ethan's referral and my prescription refills...although i am concerned about one of them and need to do some research on it. i take my meds for my migrains twice a day but they didn't carry that dosage, only a higher dosage so he said i could just take it once a day but i'm not so sure. then i told him i took allegra d for my allergies and they don't carry it. well all it is, is allegra with sudafed so you can prescribe allegra and sudafed or even just sudafed. but instead of suggesting either he asked me if i wanted to try zyrtec. seriously? do i want to try zyrtec instead of allegra d...the upgrade of allegra? then i told him of an issue and he completely ignored me. he was completely moronic and had no sense. he is the reason people think military docs have no sense and are all idiots.

anyway, my husband is making fun of me calling me an addict. he's lame. so addie is in the back crying abour her sandwich because she doesn't like the "soundy" parts which is apparently the vegetables because they make sounds when she eats them. silly girl.

well, i want to do personals because i have time but i am on my phone and so it is hard to do and i feel like my sinuses are going to explode through my face. ugh! i do have to say yay chris on the mammo. you know how i feel about that. no noodle lashings for you. even awesomer that you don't have to go in for a year. :) and linda gold stars for scheduling yours. woot!d extra stars for helping me with the tix. they were sent priority confirmation this afternoon. yay. in case you were all wondering linda is the bestest! love her!

Aw Clara!!! Allegra D was the best allergy med stuff I was ever on, but I had a bad reaction to it & can't take it or decongestants anymore because I have atrial tachycardia.
I hope things get figured out with the doctor... when can you see your GP? Are you going to try OTC sudafed?
