Did i ever tell you how much I hate snow?
And our BOE??

we have a tiny bit of snow coming down- and they closed school!!! We have already gone through all of our snow days. The elem. and high schools owe a day. Middle school was ok. Now the HS will owe 2 days and the Middle School one.

Insanity!

Not to mention, I am hearing any where from 4-6" and 6-10". I hate snow!

yes, the faery is cranky (again) this morning. i didn't sleep good, Harley had me up all night. Felt like I had a baby again. She can jump off of the bed but can't jump back on. So she would jump/slide off, get water, then whine for me to lift her back up. All night long. Then she was moaning in her sleep. Oh I love that dog, but I love sleep too.

Since I am totally cranky. I am going to post this, give everyone a ::grouphug and be back when I am feeling cheerier.
Or can at least fake it better.

Clara- $20 for a styrofoam ball??? holy cripes! I am glad that we are done with craft projects like that. Of course I had to pay $125 for one field trip and $78 for a band trip.... so maybe styrofoam ain't so bad LOL

Good morning ladies!!

It is too early for me and I want to go back to sleep. Whah!! Tonight I get to pick my sister up from the airport. Yay!! She really needs a break after everything she has gone through at work. Now hopefully she won't make me crazy while she is here again. She is my younger sister but over the past few years she has gotten quite bossy...and I don't do well with bossy. The kids are so excited for her to be here they are just silly about it. I love it. Then Addie is going home with her for 9 days and will be staying with my parents. Then my mom will be bringing her back. None of them can wait. I won't know what to do with myself. Eeeeek!! I think I will finally get my volunteer stuff taken care of so that I can start that up soon. Then I will sleep and scrap all day long. Yay!!

Anyway, I'd better go. Stuff to do today.

Chris - that snow stuff stinks. We've been making up days on our holidays. I don't think they schedule any snow days here. I hope you get uncranky today. Sending you coffee and hugs!!

Laurie - you rock with your dedication to your treadmill. I wish I were motivated but I am not.

ugh im having a terrible morning....i swear my 10 year old needs a good old fashioned beating....im at my wits end with her....all it ever is anymore is friggen meltdowns with her.....she goes from being ok to omg so fast anymore....its gotta be hormones trying to kick on for her or something cause my god im so close to just smacking the daylights outta her!!!!! this morning it was all about her sister smacking her food so i go and tell her sister to chew with her mouth closed and she did and its crunchy cereal there is gonna be noise...but no raianna keeps FLIPPING OUT over it...like it sounds like a herd of elephants running through the house...and it wasn't even that loud!!! gah.....i dont know what im gonna do with that child anymore.....


ohh and my weather sucks today its friggen cold and the wind is horrendous

HI ladies....

I am running in for a minute..as I haven't been here since Saturday...so sorry...but things are haywire around here...actually they are worse than ever. I really have no idea which way is up or down. My stomach is in knots and I just can't seem to find any peace, no matter which way I turn. I am tearing up just as I write this...I do a lot of that lately!!!

Good news is I get to get away from it all for a couple of days this weekend....as we are headed to TN to meet the new baby. That will be a small distraction...a needed one.

Sorry I am such a downer...but I just wanted you ladies to know that I still think about you everyday. I will probably not be online much until next week after today. So I hope you all have a great weekend!!!

Kirsty maybe there's something else going on with her? Like trouble of some sort at school? When I was her age I had fits but it wasn't hormones entirely, it was bc of bullying at school.

Clara I'm so excited your sis is coming to visit!!! I hope you don't want to kill her by the time her visit is over and pishposh about not having motivation, we're both doing the no sweets thing right?

Laurie I can't wait!!!! Mine was scheduled to arrive on the 28th but will actually be here tomorrow!!!!!! Totally worth it bc if I walk another day outside I'm going to need to rip out my brain from the sinus migraines.

Chris I hope you feel better. Kitty can help Riley does the same thing, gets right in the way wanting love!!!

Ok well I'm on my cell phone so apologies for any awkward and bad typos.

I have an appraisal report this morning and then I'm hopefully starting a website design for a friend. Jeff's interview for the permanent position is tomorrow and I'm nervous about his competition. It's a guy we know won't get it, and then the girl who is the favorite and simply doesn't want to work under Jeff. He's already been told by a few board members they're already voting for him, but that can always change. I hope he gets it. Honestly, I'm glad he's at the casino and not any of the cop jobs he would of gotten before the budget crisis three years ago. Because the people who got those jobs are now unemployed.
So good thoughts and prayers for Jeff tomorrow while he interviews!!!!

It feels nice to make a LO again. I played around with PSE editing and learned how to fix blemishes on faces and change eye color. How fun! Hopefully I'll make a couple more today.

I should be at the gym already. I was supposed to meet a friend there but she cancelled, so I became lazy and said I will go eventually! Off I go.

Morning everyone... Sunny day here today, so I m heading out for a walk this morning, hopefully before they call me in to work again. Yesterday got a phone call to work a full day as one girl was ill. I am hoping that they don't call again, 8hrs on my feet and my poor back!!! I know that I am a whimp, I used to be able to be on my feet that long and longer when I was younger, but this old body is not liking it anymore lol.

Chris - love your pics of your loving kitty!! My cat hates to cuddle, but he is a persian and too good for all of us people!! Sorry you are cranky today, hope your snow leaves you very soon and you can get outside again.

Clara - How nice that you sister is coming for a visit!! Hope she does not get bossy with you! I don't do bossy very well either, when my oldest sister comes to visit I can stand about one full day and then its time for her to go!!!! Love her, but sometimes don't like her very much!

Nana Linda - Oh how I wish I could fix things for you :hug:! We are here for you, even if its just a shoulder for you to cry on!! Sending loving thoughts your way sister!!

Kristy - Patience my dear!! It only gets worse when they turn 11,12, 13... It sounds like she needs to sit down with her mom one on one and have a really good chat! Perhaps there is more going on like Meg says.

Meg - Sounds like you have a busy day today, hope that your treadmill arrives very soon and you can get back into running! Excercise always gives you more energy!! Have a great day!

ok just got back from shopping got the rest of the stuff i needed to start my veggie garden inside so when its time to plant outside they will already be growing yay got some popping up already!! im so excited to have a veggie garden this year!!! YAY one problem...my kitchen counters are the home of them right now lmfao.....i have really no where else to put them so yeah..haha ohh well

i know first hand if she was being bullied she would tell me we have already been through that with her...she had some kid punch her so i know its not that....and i have sat down with her MANY times and talked to her...i dunno what it is shes just so angry all the time....its very frustrating for her and for us as well...blah....

Just popping in real quick, sorry I've been a little MIA things have been a little crazy. My poor kid got her 2 month shots today. It was AWFUL. They told me she would be fussy and acting weird for the day and she is so I'm trying to spend as much time with her as I can.
