I am so lonly in here *sniff sniff*
Where did all of my O-Fam go?

Come to NJ- the weather id perfect! 80*, sunny and relatively low humidity, y'all have to come and hang out! Take today to travel since I am working, but tomorrow and Friday I'll be at the lake. The weather held out ok yesterday for us. We were supposed to get some T-storms but they passed us by. The water was cold so i didn't go in, but it was nice to sit and watch the kids swim.

Scott and I are heading down to MIL's today. She is getting him to work too.

Not much else, same old same old going on here. Hope everyone has a terrific day!!!

Clara!! That is awesome news! I am so happy that everything fell into place for you. i just read a quote yesterday and it was something along the lines of when things seem to be falling apart, maybe they are falling into place (paraphrasing LOL)
Sounds like that it exactly what happened for you!

Kristy- we watched the new season episode of true Blood last night. Man, I was so disappointed. It is getting too corny for me. I don't know if it is b/c it is so different than the books or if it is just taking on too many plots and sub-plots, but I wasn't all that thrilled with it.
Hope that your July goes slower than your June ;)

trudy- How was work? Hope that you were able to get home and relax a bit!

yeah i wasn't too happy with how the first one went....with the whole fairy thing i was thinking WTF?!?! lol

but episode 2 was MUCH better we got to watch it early online at dishnetwork.com i dunno if we would have been able to watch it on the hbogo.com but we still got to watch it early LOL but now im not so thrilled i have to wait until the 10th to watch another episode haha

jully def will NOT be slower...if anything its gonna be more hectic.....
 
Hi everyone!! Sorry that you are so lonely in here Chris! I had to work this morning and was very late getting going so could not be here until just now 4:00pm and now I have to think about getting supper going, oh the madness!!! LOL. Had a great day at work, lots of fun people today and working in the back office with my girlfriend always makes it a great day! I am going to try to watch the latest episode of Jamie Oliver's food revolution, so I hope I can find it on line?? Anyone else like him? I love him and love how he is trying to get everyone to eat healthier. I can't believe how the schools won't let him in?? What's with that?? Do they really want the kids to keep eating crap?? Anyway really should be doing some CT work as I am behind again. I do not get the time I would like to sit and scrap!!!! Hope everyone had a great day today! Talk to you all later :wave:
 
Good evening everyone!!

I started packing today. Our house has gone into chaos. I've also been doing lots and lots of laundry so that I can hopefully pack tomorrow for our trip to Washington. Once I am packed for our trip I can pack all the rest of our clothes for the most part. The thing that sucks about packing is that I get bored so easily. I need someone to sit and talk to me while I pack just so that I don't get bored and keep going. Otherwise I take too many breaks and take forever to get motivated. Anyone who wants to just sit around shootin' the sh** with me is more than welcome. I have other things to do but packing is number one. We were going to go to New River Gorge, WV this weekend for the 4th weekend but with all the work we have to get done we had to cancel. :( Hopefully we'll be able to go for Labor Day instead. We'll see.

Chris - That is so funny you say that about things going to crap may be things falling into place. I know we have different spiritual beliefs but I know you'll still get it. Last Saturday I did a testimony/Bible Study on God's Plan and it was the day after I found out about we had to move so I had the whole God's Plan concept on my mind when it happened. So, even though it was a crappy situation it was so much easier to see things fall into place amidst falling apart. I really think this is all telling us we need to focus on our finances. I'm glad that you are having fun hanging out at the lake and are finally able to enjoy summer. :) Sending prayers for Gary.

Kristy - I never watched True Blood...actually, I take that back. I watched a few episodes when I hung out with my sis after she had surgery. I read the first book and didn't dig it. It was a little dark for me.

Trudy - I'm glad you had a great work day. That always makes work better. I can't wait to start working again. I miss it.

Let me think of my Wednesday Wishes!!

I wish someone had nothing to do but hang out with me while I pack.
I wish my dad would get a permanent job so my mom would quit being so stressed all the time.
I wish the laundry would do itself.
 
evening all- work is drowning me in sea of paperwork- wouldn't mind,but I work and extra 1-2 hours per day (salaried so no extra$$) and I am barely keeping up- yikes- something has to change. Off to scrap my troubles away. Tomorrow I am having a professional photographer take my portrait- decided to do this for my Mr. Gorgeous
