OMG- I cannot believe how tired I am. I actually felt pretty good the last three or four days. Very little pain, but tired. Today I am in pain *and* exhausted! To top it off I have to clean today. Bah!
Lots of coffee please!

We are finally down to 5 days left of school. I just want to sleep in!!!!

Would you believe it is still cloudy and cold here? And according to weather.com, it is going to rain 8 out of the next 10 days. That is just *insane!*
Not fair! *stomps foot* I want sun! I want summer!

Anyway, enough of my complaining..... I can look at it this way, I least I am not running up my electric bill by running the AC. Right? LOL

Linda- yay for blond!! Glad you had a great day and felt pampered. And tell us, how was wrestling??

Your LO of you and you mom was just amazing- you both have the same smile :)

Clara- hope that allegra kicked in for you. Some days I want to rip my eyeballs out of my head, rinse them off and put them back in ;) The meds could be making you have wacky dreams. Since I switch from Klonpin to Xanax for sleeping, I have had some vivid and bizarre dreams.
My BFF just finished my Sisiter's Keeper and passed it along to me, it is next on my list. Her books are incredible emotional, aren't they?

TY for all of the compliments on Cait's quilt. She gets all of her talent and creativity from me. NOT!!! LOL Her Nana is teaching her how to sew- I can't sew a button!

I have Bookk 2 on hold- can't wait to get it. Do you watch True Blood on HBO? I finally found out about it now that Season 2 is starting. I am wondering if you can pick it up in the middle.

Hey Chris!! just driving by and saw you were up!! mmmmmmm, I can smell the coffee but I better not have any as I am just about to jump into a HOT shower as it is freezing here at the moment! Its nearly 9.00pm Wed night down under and I am feeling tired! but Chris, you are only getting up and that isn't good! to be that tired I mean!! (and getting up I suppose too :)) That's a real bummer having to clean as well today......good luck with it sweets! hope it isn't too bad!

Morning lovelies! Just a quickie from me this morning....gotta do something to my mop of hair, it is NOT cooperating this morning. Not going to mention the thing hiding under the hair...I think that is what is causing my hair to misbehave..yup...LOL.

running off to take my cuties to their respective camps and then back to finish tracking Sue's Spotlight!! omgosh...the incredible talent, inspiration and amount of LOs in her fabulous spotlight is overwhelming!! wow!!! :)
 
Okay...finally got in here this morning!! Let me just say....I don't do the staying out late thingy very well...we didn't get home until 11:30!! I am always up late, some times really late...but never out late...LOL...that's the "old people" syndrome!!

Well...lets see....last night was definately an experience!! Cameran has been so into this wrestling thing....and I watch it with him and his Pawpaw, but don't pay that close attention, and I realized last night that the "good guy" -- "bad guy" thing is really teaching these kids some great life lessons....when the bully comes out and says all these things to the good guy....then the good guy starts telling him what he stands for, and why he will take him on in a match...family, honor, living life honestly, no telling lies, ect....and there were tons of music and everyone dancing around....HE LOVED IT!!! evidently it is loved by MANY...totally sold out and people from so many walks of life!! I very very surprised...and I must say that I have never been to an event that gave us so much for the money...4 solid hours of entertainment! (no down time) Cameran had a blast, and I just couldn't take my eyes off of him! When we left, he asked us what was our favorite part, and I told him is was watching him have such a good time! he fussed at me a little, and said I had to say what "wrestling" part was my fav....I told him the singing with the crowd!! He said that was his fav too!

We are not sure if we made it on TV or not...the cameras were scanning the crowd...it airs this Friday night...so we will watch and see.

Ok...enough about that....Cameran is loving Kindergarten Camp...which is great..because he has said for a while that he didn't want to go to Kindergarten! and my little grandaughter, Jaiden, is cutting teeth now..she has her first one (she's 10 months now)...so Traci, her mommy, has been up most of the night with her the last three nights. I told her it would pass soon...I may go get Jesse this afternoon to give her a break from both kids together.

Well...enough rambling....for some personals now (never got back yesterday...I was catching up on scrapping)

Chris....I am so sorry you feel so bad!! {{{HUGS}}} and lending my shoulder to lean on!! wish I could help you with your work to make it easier!! Oh....Cait's quilt is FABULOUS!!! what a creative young lady she is!! and I think this Spotlight Challenge is great this week too...I am lazy about the old pics...so it's pushing me!!

Ona...HI!!!!!!!! I am so happy to hear your party went off so well...and glad you got to spend time with those sweet little grandchildren of yours!! Sounds like you guys had a blast!!

Sara....I love your idea about the Gift Basket business....we live in a small town, and there are a lot of them here...and they all do very well! I know it's one of my fav gifts to recieve!!

Clara....So happy to hear your allergies are getting a little better....and the shots will make the difference...Yes it takes a while..years...but soooooooo worth it in the long run!! and also happy to hear your DH is doing well with his decision...it's definately hard on everyone when they struggle!! and WOOOO HOOOO about your jump....I know that you are EXCITED!!

Sally....I am in love with your MG!! he sounds like a dream come true!! it's so wonderful to hear people talk about the GOOD things...seems that there are so much BAD stuff going on all the time, and hearing that there are a couple of those really good guys out there...well...makes us all have HOPE!

Dawn....my sweet friend....I am really sending you much luvin' here to help get rid of those aweful headaches!!! {{{HUGS}}}...and yes....the blonde definately makes me feel HAWT!!! Hi Jos!!! Don't envy the sleeping issues with a baby....I tease my girls...no spending the night until the babies sleep all night!! but you know that's not true...LOL...actually...three grandkids so far...and all three were sleeping all night by 12 weeks....YAY!!

Sandra....YAY...excellent scores on your tests!! I know you are going through a big adjustment period...but I am sure you will work it all out fine!! and you will do great on those phones!! You said you were meeting your Sis in Richmond...is that VA? do you live in VA??

Good morning ladies!! Today is a good day. No good reason, just a good day. So, we are still watching Cristian until Friday. His dad called last night and was coming up with a plan for him. He wants to pull him out of school Friday. I didn't see it as a problem and just kept telling him that was fine (last day of school and it is a half day) but I had to run it by Cristian's mom first. He got all defensive about it and was giving me all these examples of when she had pulled him out for different things. He was having trouble getting that I didn't care I was just caring for Cristian for his mom and had to run it by her to make sure she didn't care. Then to make the situation better he was asking about him returning to my house because according to him it was never discussed that he would keep him after he got out of school. So that would put him back in my house another two weeks. Not in my plan, ya know. I'll tell ya...I will never agree to watch him again. He's not a horrible kid, but he is always getting into trouble by not listening or following simple rules. Then Ethan seems to instigate a little bit which doesn't help. I know that having 3 kids is not for me. But everything got worked out...his dad said he could take him, although I think he was only planning on a week. We'll see how that works out. I have a feeling there are going to be some issues.

This weekend is going to be fun. Have I mentioned that I am going skydiving?? Lol!! Well, besides that I am going up to my parents and will be hanging out with some friends. Plus my sister has a mexican dinner planned and is making homemade tortillas. It should be yummy. I am going to make fried ice cream. We'll see how that turns out. I hope it comes out yummy.

Well, I'd better get a move on...

Chris - I'm sorry you are in pain today. I wish there were an answer for you. I hate hearing that you just have to suffer through it. I'm a problem solver so when there is no solution to a problem it just sucks...although not as bad as it sucks for you. Big hugs. Yay for school to be out. I wish school being out made a difference for me. It makes a difference for Ethan but not me so much. I have to see about getting him tickets to fly to Cleveland today...mental note to self.

Ona - that is so hard for me to wrap my brain around that you are going into the winter as we are going into the summer. So...this may be a stupid question,but do you guys celebrate Christmas at the same time as us? If you do then you would never have a white Christmas. I'll bet most of the holiday scrap kits just don't quite give you what you need for Christmas scrapping. And Christmas trees? Wow...totally random thought there.

Dawn - Have a great day. Sorry your hair isn't working. Hopefully the thing under the hair starts functioning better as the day goes on.

Linda - sounds like the wrestling was an adventure. I'm glad you saw some good lessons in it for Cameran. I have never been to wrestling event before and don't see me going anytime in the future...but that is what I thought about monster trucks too. When I took Ethan we also took Addie. She was the most fun to watch. I thought she would have a hard time with it and not really enjoy it but she was absolutely enthralled. That was the best. Oh, and you hardly wrote anything. Lol!! We have lots of book writers in this group...we love it. At least everyone had better since I am a book writer too. :)
 
Stopping by to say hi really quickly. Vacation was great - I miss it already. :) We had a fab time cruising and Christian really enjoyed it. Hope to stop back in later tonight for personals.

Hi all!!!

Didn't have time this morning to check in before heading to work. I had too much to do. I had to get a present over to the woman whose husband died, so we had to get up and get moving this morning.

It's amazing how strong people can be at that point ya know? She was asking all about school and how things were going and saying she was going to need to sub a lot for me in the fall, both for money and to have something to do. Just amazing. I know the hardest part will come next week after the hullabaloo has died down and people return home.

Anyway.....I'm killing time until I pick up Ben. He's going to be so excited because the caterpillars came today. =) I have to figure out what I'm supposed to do with them now!

Chris - You can have the heat that came our way the last two days. It's been cloudy and cool a lot, but all of the sudden...heat wave. It's still been cloudy and it's supposed to be stormy this evening, but it's hot. Sorry you hurt. Maybe if the weather would get nice, you would feel better. I know you are big into natural remedies, so have you been taking your Vitamin D and "sunlight" pills? =)

Ona - *Hi*! Hope you slept well!

Linda - The wrestling sounds like a great time. I can't believe how much fun *you* had. =) Kindergarten camp sounds like a good thing to me. Glad the little one is liking it!

Clara - I think I heard something somewhere about you going skydiving. Is that true? (LOL) Glad things are working themselves out with Cristian.

ME - Glad to see you!! I'm so jealous of your cruise. Do you have any pics or los up yet? How about on FB?

Hello again!! its now my Thursday morning and here I am at work........and we have RAIN! yay! like, the ground isn't still wet enough from our recent floods!!

Chris: I hope your day went well and you are feeling better........I WAS going to send you some sun but its gone!! :(

Clara: you're right we don't have a white christmas at all........its normally stinking hot which is why most people tend celebrate chrissy outdoors, on the beach or beside some water somewhere!! the chrissy kits that come out are awesome but I don't tend to use them all that much!

Linda: lol! about the wrestling!! glad you found some positives out of it! and I agree with you, the best part is watching the little ones enjoy themselves!!!

ME: welcome home!! no doubt you are wishing already to be back on that cruise!!! holidays just go too quick!!!

Dawn: hope your headaches are easing up! and I won't comment on your hair cause I'm not sure what you mean by 'what's under it'? :)

Sara: that is sad about your friend's DH passing away! what a terrible time and yes, no doubt it will hit hard when everyone has gone home etc. it will certainly be a sad time for her. and I meant to say that your idea of the baskets is wonderful.........its always a thoughtful thing to give!

hehehe, Clara, doesn't have to be a reason for a good day, just be glad the day is good, that's reason enough! My day was pretty darned good, too! My head eased up some and my neck started loosening up :) happy dance happy dance !!!!!!

I am sooooo excited for your upcoming jump!! Woohoo! I hope you have someone lined up to do some photos!

At least with this thing with Cristian you have discovered you don't want a 3rd child :), that's a good thing to know, right? LOL

Thank you, Ona! I actually feel a lot better right now! Under my hair was my horrid headache LOL. My hair looked like I felt it was actually pretty appropriate looking....I took the straightener to it and it looked fairly decent until the humidity got to it. I don't know what's worse...humid, hot weather or dry, cold weather LOL.

I hope things warm up for you down under! Rest well dear Ona :).
