Hello and Happy Wednesday. This is my advice for today. I tried it out yesterday and it seemed to help.
If rearranging letters doesn't help, then try a margarita next.
Talk about a gorgeous weather day yesterday and I loved every minute I was able to spend outside. I swear I am a different person when the weather is nice. Gary and I debated whether to go for a regular walk or a hike and we decided on a hike. The four of us (dogs included) did really good. I pointed out a few of the things I saw when I was out with Scott. Baby white pines and the general area we saw the blue heron. We took a different trail this time and saw where some of the other trails branch off. Gary's pain levels were a lot lower yesterday so he was able to take the trail that had a little elevation to it.
After lunch, I spent more time clearing the dead leaves off of the side garden areas. The Vinca vine is completely taking over one spot. I hate ripping up plants and not replanting them so I need to take a peek at some places where I can put them.
Unfortunately, I didn't see any sign of Tif. I have been peering into the pond (tiny water feature in the front garden area) looking for possible tadpoles, but I only saw two more baby goldfish. We threw in a couple of feeder goldfish years ago to eat the mosquitos and they have been fruitful and multiplied and gotten huge. There are too many for the tiny pond but we don't know what else to do with them! They have lived through some really hard winters, snakes hanging about, and even bear cubs taking a bath in the pond.
These goldfish are the same kind that you get from a carnival and that die in a week. The ones we got seem to be indestructible
Scott and Sam were here for dinner and OMG, Sam has some of the funniest stories and such a hysterical way of telling them. She had us cracking up over a turkey that befriended them and would chase their car down the road. LOL You can see how the two of them make a great pair. ♥
No big plans today. Grocery shopping- well- pickup. Yard work. Scrapping. And the dreaded paying of the bills. Yuck.
Hope you all have a wonderful day!
