The Loopy-O
CHEERY O
The official half way point of September. wow.
My neighbor had pumpkins out on her porch- is it me? I am sooo not ready for that yet! I used to love to decorate for Fall/Halloween. The past couple of years it was just too much to do a lot, but maybe this year I can drag some of the decorations out of the attic.

I am off to the Christmas Tree Shop today to get some party stuff for Cait's b-day. And the poor girl is in desperate need of shoes and clothes. She is outgrowing *everything* all at once. She had to borrow my sneakers the other day!
But CTS will also have lots of cute decorations too... must resist! LOL

I have to get running, time to get ready for Scott's school bus run.
BRB!

oh no! i am out of coffee filters. this cant be true! i would have noticed if i used the last one. Mr Potts is out but my house phone is dead!:o

Hi girls.........

I am taking a few minutes to post here....still on my DECLUTTERING mission....I made some real headway in my JUNK room yesterday....I have piles of stuff everywhere....stuff to sell in the yardsale, stuff to just plain throw out, and stuff to reorganize....I will finish in there today...and maybe get started on my laundry room...

LOL!! I called DD (Traci) and told her that my cleaning out was her jackpot!!!...I found a DVD player in there...it was Sharon's, before she moved out, and didn't take it with her....and Traci said Jesse's broke a couple of weeks ago....TADA!!! here is one for her!!! and she is moving into her own apt probably next month...so there were several things in there that she can use...YAY!!! Pray for her....this apt thing has fallen through 3 times in the past year....she has been trying to leave her "significant other" for a while now....but wanted her own place, and being on disability, her options are limited...they have very few NICE places around here that are based on income...she has been on a list for a very long time...and everytime her name comes up...something always falls through, but it looks like this time it may actually happen!! She needs to be away from this guy, for her and the kids!

OKAY...too much rambling....

I will come back tonight and leave you guys some love!! I need to get going!!

I do need to say this to Clara....I am motivated right now, yes, but I am the type that I get really motivated in "crunch time" and all these things I wanted to do...and my time is running out....I start keeping the other baby in two weeks and then Savannah in 4 weeks.....so I won't be able to do these things after that...well, not nearly as much time to do them anyway!!!....So trust me...if I wasn't starting to babysit, I probably would still be "talking" about it!! LOL!!!

MUWAHHHHHHHHHH!!! have a great day ladies!!!!:D

I'm just posting real quick here since I'm technically not supposed to be on the computer. Haha!! So, I would suggest to everybody to get up in the morning and go walking or running or something. I finally got my butt out of bed and went walking this morning after talking about it for a week. I felt so awesome. Now, I wouldn't claim this if I didn't have proof. When I was almost home dh drove by me and let me know that somebody had gotten into our cars and taken a bunch of stuff like our GPSs. Lame. But I am justthankful that the windows weren't broken. After having several broken windows I don't like to lock my car. I'd rather give my stuff away than deal with broken windows. But my point is that my endorphins are all happy from walking and so when I found out Ijust took it in stride and will deal with it later this morning once I get all of our stuff together. I usually panic first and react later. Maybe it is from my happy pills? No, I'm claiming the walking. I'll be back once i get to work. I'm feeling less funkish today. Yay!!

ohhh Clara, what a testimony!! I need to HEED IT!!!!

I'm here very quickly...This beginning of school is really taking more time than I anticipated! But it's a good time taking...my kids are doing wonderfully!!! now if we can just keep it up!! I'm taking to teaching out of my craft room, though so I can be surrounded by my happy place!! :)

as usual, I am up to my eyeballs this week!!!!! My last Stampin' workshop as a SU! demo is Thursday, our band has their first gig on Friday, and I'm helping three friends at different times this week...ohhhh busy, busy, my brain is full - may I be excused????? so this is why I've been a bit MIA!!!

love you all dearly, so much!! :) have a wonderful tUesday!! :)

.ohhhh busy, busy, my brain is full - may I be excused?????
Of course!!! As long as you all forgive me as well!!! I don't have any clue why this week is so dang busy!! Crazy crazy crazy! I am so lucky to get a few moments to just read and check in on everyone! (((hugs))) Know I am thinking of you all!

So, the PD and insurance company has been called and reports filed. Yay!! All done. Then we'll get a check and buy new stuff. It is all good. I am just so glad we didn't have a broken window. That is always the absolute worst.

I've got another headache. I'm thinking it is my head's way of reminding me that it is still attatched to my body. thankfully it is tolerable although I may eventually decide that I should see a doctor for it. We'll see. It isn't so bad. I'll bet if I would quit being a whiner and drink some water I would be fine.

Last night DH was super nice to me. I wasn't feeling so great and came home and laid on the couch. He had just caught some monster fish and was getting them filleted but still let the kids hang out with him while I laid down. He suggested I lay upstairs in bed but I just hung out on the couch. Then I finally got up and started doing some dishes and stuff and he told me to not worry about it. I wanted to do it though. I've been missing my sink. He's not generally mean or anything just not always so sweet. It is just always nice when people are sweeter than normal just for you. Life is just good today I think. Well, everyday really. I'm just in a good mood these days I guess. Well, let me leave some love...

Chris - Yay for Cait's birthday. I hope she has a blast. Don't you hate how kids do that and grow out of their stuff all at once. There need to be sirens or something that go off about 2-3 months in advance saying "Growth Alert." I am not ready for Halloween either. A friend of mine said something about a beautiful fall day and I stuck my fingers in my ears and said lalalalalala! I'm so mature, don't ya think??

Lori - out of coffee filters? That just cannot be!! I hope you get some coffee in your system soon.

Linda - so you are a crammer, huh? I'm the same way. Like eithe Mark Twain or Einstein said (I think it was Einstein though) "Why do today what you can put off until tomorrow?" I always have big plans but end up waiting till the last minute. At least it gets done though. Yay for that. I hope everything comes together for your daughter.

Sally - you are always so busy busy!! Enjoy your last SU night. You'll have to switch it to digi scrap class night. that would be cool. I'm glad the kids are doing well in school.

Kat - I hope your day slows down a little bit. Have a great day.

Hugs for all of you!!

Everybody's busy today, inclucing me. Here's something good: I got to talk to my sweet husband two days in a row!   That's my heart beating. I wub him.

Genevieve would NOT sleep last night, so I was up till 1:30, or was it 2? I don't know. But guess what, she was up at 7:30 just like always. So she was fun today. Ran around all day doing errands and shopping. It's payday, I did my big shopping trip today.
Then when I picked Atha up at school, her teacher handed me a mondo stack of blue construction paper and a cardstock spider and asked if I could please outline a spider on each piece for them. Sure, I will. I wonder why they picked me. Maybe I just looked like a sucka.

Also, my ulcer is coming back, darn it. I had a really bad bleeding ulcer last year when all kinds of bad junk was going on in my life, and that's a major reason I quit designing and all my CT's I was on at that time (except for Miss Crow). I internalize my stress because I need to be strong for my family, and I suppose I'm under some now. LOL. So my stomach hurts. I went and bought some rantittdididine or whatever. And some Great Value brand Maalox. I should probably go to the doc again, but I don't wanna. It hasn't gotten as bad as it was then. But it hurts when I drink coffee. Waaaahhhh! I love coffee!

I was going to do a LO I have to do for Merkee. MaybeI'll still get to it. I want to do it, it's just that I'm a little bit mojo-strapped and I think it has to do with the subject matter. You'll see, just you wait. I'll get it done.

But first I must outline spiders.

LindaW-praying for your daughter. Especially about getting away from that fella. And keep motivated! Put on some great music, sometimes that helps.

Clara-hooray for sweet hubbies! Drink water!!! Come on, you're in a military family. You know what they say, "Drink water, drive on!" and then when you "fall out" they give you some ibuprofen. So... take ibuprofen! LOL

Chris- Yeah, it's way too soon for halloween. But the walmart, of all places, had a beautiful display of all these huge exotic pumpkins, and I so totally wanted some. Bumpy ones, and squatty orange ones, and white ones... so pretty!
I WISH my girls would grow out of their stuff. Atha has been able to wear the same clothes for almost two years. And she's 4. She's so tiny! I am grateful that I don't have to go buy new clothes but.... I'm getting sick of looking at these clothes!! LOL I may have to set aside $50 when I get my pell grant money and go to Target for them. I know I'm supposed to spend the money on education related expenses only. So forget what I said, I'll spend my pell grant on food because I need to eat to study, and then take the money I didn't spend on food and buy clothes. How's that for creative economics!

Lori- Ohmigoodness, did you have a paper towel you could use for a filter? I have a reusable gold coffee filter, so I don't run out. Because that is an intolerable situation.

Awright, awright. I'm totally stalling on the blue paper spiders.
CU girls later!!!

Andrea....YAY for talking to your MG two days in a row!! but boo for that ulcer!! hope you get it under control....I had one about 15 years ago...they do HURT!! ((HUGS))

Clara...YAY!! for DH being so nice!! It would be nice if they realized we like them better that way!! LOL!!! and I am glad you are having such a positive attitude!! It bites that people have to be so mean and break into the cars...but at least no one was hurt!!!

Sally and Kat....YOU ARE EXCUSED...for the business in your lives!!! LOL!!! can't imagine why you might be so busy...with kids, homes, husbands, sports, school, cooking, laundry, errands...................

Lori......YIKES...no coffee filters!!!!!! I am with Andrea....a paper towel!! I have done it before!!!!!!! I am guessing you went to the store today!!! LOL!!!

(((HUGS))) to everyone!!!

Okay...so I have a quick car break in story for you guys...because I love it...mot the getting broken into part but, well, you'll see. One morning I got up for work and went outside and saw that my window of my car had been broken and stuff was taken from my car. Smart me had left my purse in my car. One of those single mom things I'm thinking. derek was working 2nd shift so it was generally just me and Ethan all night. So when I was out running around and he'd fall asleep in his carseat sometime the purse would get left by the wayside. So my purse was stolen. I kept noticing other things that had been stolen. I was breatfeeding at the time and I suddenly noticed that it was no where to be found and realized that it too had been stolen from the car. I had it in a bag with a handle so it was easy to grab. So, now I always picture these idiots who broke into my car (they sold my checks or something to someone who stole my identity. That was not pretty) sitting in a circle with the rest of their crime buddies dumping out their bags and out somes a breast pump. It makes me laugh everytime I picture it.

Clara-hooray for sweet hubbies! Drink water!!! Come on, you're in a military family. You know what they say, "Drink water, drive on!" and then when you "fall out" they give you some ibuprofen. So... take ibuprofen! LOL

Vitamin M baby!! :) I'm trying!! Water and motrin. It still hurts but not as bed. Maybe another night of sleep will be good. We'll see.
