Gah! How did I get so late here? It is almost time for me to get Scott off to the bus. No time for my blah blah blah-ing......
So sad! :(

*chuckles* I hear those sighs of relief!

Actually I was sort of busy on FB- I got a message from a really old friend - No no, we're not really old -- but from a long time ago. We went out on and off for 3 years. But when we weren't going out, we were best friends. Then he broke up with me b/c we were getting "too serious" (*eye roll*), met some other girl who was very threatened by me, and she told him that he couldn't see me. She ended up getting pg, he married her, and I never saw him again. They are divorced now. (hear that from his mom a few yrs ago).

again- in his msg, he apologized for being a jerk to me. From 20 years ago OL!!!
But I always miss him and think of him. He really was a good friend.

Anyway- really quick then I will be back for personals in a bit-

Endo went OK-- bone density is close to where it was a few yrs ago, but I have a Vitamin D deficiency and need to take Rx Vit D. How wacked is that? Got to go back in 3 months -ugh.

Scott is herxing (its a good thing, its a good thing) and is having some major moods swings (its a good thing!!!) and anger stuff. He had a bit of an issue at school- they told him in 6th period that his t-shirt was offensive. It was an Iron Maiden shirt with Eddie on it. He has been wearing it for months.Yesterday they make him turn it inside out... and isn't allowed to wear it to school.
So crazy! Gary had almost the same shirt when he was in school....
But yeah, the school got to see him in Lyme attack mode.:eek:

Today I am going to make sure I post another LO and leave lots and lots of love in Sue's gallery- if you have not checked out her challenge-- run!! Go!!!

omg- i just got back from the bus and got an message from the ex-BF. He said that i was the perfect girl for him at the wrong time. And that he had been trying to find me for years. Gah!!! Then he made fun of me cuz I posted that I want to see Bon Jovi in 2010. I dragged him with me to see them in the Garden -oh, I don't even know the year, I must have been 20?? 21?? ROTF!

Running in for a minute...gotta get some housework done!!!

I have a million things to do around here...since I did NOTHING over the weekend to the house....ANY volunteers to come help??

Just wanted to share my nice weather with you guys...it's suppose to be sunny and 65 today....I got a double stroller from craigslist to use...so I think my babies and I may go for a nice walk today!! Will do us all some good!!

Good morning! How's my favorite peeps today? I'm barely awake. Davy woke me up in the middle of the night playing with her hanging wood thing with a bell at the end LOL. Right now she's banging the outside of her cage...she's out and there's this plastic latch on one end of her cage that she keeps working loose and she works at it and works at it pulling trying to get it off. Uh-oh it got quiet...gotta go find her...haha she was hiding under the bed and as soon as I got up she ran up under my craft table and jumped up on my stamp store, I guess thinking I couldn't see her there. now she's getting in her hyper mode hopping in and out of her cage...that means FEED ME. So I did haha, she's Little Miss Piggy right now, she can't get enough to eat.

I'm not doing much today...need to run to WalMart for rabbit and cat food and some other odds and ends like hair color, no salon for me for a while gotta go the DIY route. I will miss that a lot cause the at home stuff dries my hair out awful.

Yes, I got exciting news yesterday about being a Cheery-O!! Woohoo! I'm way excited to help out behind the scenes!!!

Clara-dang girl, are you having a little melt down over the Swine flu pandemic?! ITA the best thing to do is pop some Tylenol, drink fluids, and rest, rest, rest. People are scared though, we have had 13 deaths right around Western Ky that I have heard of. One girl, 13, died, her family thought it was just her asthma and didn't take her to the doc/ER and she died. I don't know how you could mistake flu for asthma when there's fever and aches, etc, but for whatever reason they didn't get it. Of course, the media has blown it all up and got everyone scared which makes some of them rush out to the doc at the first sign of anything. Good news is the way it's spreading maybe everyone that gets it and gets over it maybe it won't hit as hard next go around. and, maybe next yr they can include the strain in the regular flu shots. At any rate, I feel your pain working in a healthcare facility, you get to hear everyone moaning and groaning, etc, it gets old....and I don't miss that part LOL. Get you a big ole cup of coffee or some chocolate and it'll all be good :).

Chris-ugh, you get the 50,000 mega dose of Vit-D, huh? Do you take it daily or weekly? That junk is expensive, thank goodness for insurance! That's cute about the ex-bf, he probably wishes now he'd latched on to you LOL.

LindaW-have fun with the babies! The double stroller sounds awesome, so does the sun, it's raining here....again! Have 'fun' with the housecleaning, ugh! I really should get off my hiney and do some myself LOL.

Good morning ladies...guess what!! I am procrastinating and what better way to do that than with my bestest friends here at the O. I just got Ethan off to the bus stop. He was complaining how tired he was. That kid sleeps for 10 hours how can he be sooooooooo tired every morning. And I wait until the last possible minute to wake him up and then he whines and cries and moves so slow cuz he's "just so tired!" Poor kid. I am totally not a morning person either. My hubby was trying to get me to wake up this morning to do P90X. Which I will do but not when he wakes me up with no warning and says hey you should get up and do it right now. I need all day to get myself ready to wake up the next morning. Sooooo not a morning person.

I'm fighting some crap off too. Ugh!! Hate this season of sickness. I have a sore throat and allergies as always. Derek is blaming the cat but is forgetting that he's been bringing the dog in at night too, plus all the rain brings mold and all sorts of fun stuff and since i am allergic to EVERYTHING well that makes me nice and unhealthy so I need to listen to Chris and get some garlic pills. I knew you were gonna say it so I thought I'd beat ya to the punch. :) And yes Dawn, this swine flu stuff is making me crazy. People are just saying stupid stuff and people are getting all freaked out. So I got one call from a firend of mine that was totally fine...she just wanted to know if she had the flu or swine flu. No panic just curious. Then a few other questions here and there whatever. Then yesterday I was on FB with a friend and we were supposed to eat at their house. She said her dh wasn't feeling well and I said as long as he wasn't feverish that was fine no biggie. So she texted a little later saying he had a fever and they were headed too the ER. So it became a texting back and forth of don't go the ER they aren't going to do anything for you, just go home, take tylenol, advil, drink fluids unless he is having ANY trouble breathing. Well, the news keeps talking abot stupid tamiflu which they really aren't giving hardly anybody and doesn't really help that much unless you get it right off the bat. So she talked to another friend of hers who said she took her mom to the ER and she never left the hospital so then my frined was in a huge panic, started crying, her dh went to the urgent care, they did nothing but tested him and sent him home and said to come back if he had trouble breathing and didn't get better in a week. Don't get me wrong...I know people are sick, but it is the flu. If you are not getting better, go see your doctor. If you can't breathe PLEASE go see your doctor. If you have ANY underlying conditions GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR!!!! If you are a healthy 26 year old guy go home, drink some gatorade, take some tylenol and take yourself to bed. Keep your germs to yourself. It is just the flu. I don't understand why it is such a huge ordeal just because it has a name. Ugh!!! Stupid media. Have I ever mentioned once or twice or a million times how much I hate the media?? Just curious.

So...my throat hurts. I think I have the swine flu. Maybe I should have my husband come home and take me to the ER. Hmmmm... Just kidding. :)

Last night was interesting. Ethan and I went through all of his downstairs toys. he helped me and WE threw away and got rid of all sorts of stuff. I was going stop halfway through but he insisted we keep going. SWhat the heck? Who was that kid and what did he do with Ethan?? It was very strange. Tomorrow my mom is driving down to pick him up and take him home. He has a half day tomorrow and the two days off for conferences. It is weird how they do it these days. They do them all in two days. We used to have a week of half days when I was in school, but I lived in Portland so maybe it was a different city thing. I don't know.

Well, I need to stop procrastinating so some quickie personals and I am off...
 
Chris - how weird about the ex BF. I have one of those. Different scenario but similar. It sucks for me though because my dh isn't open to the idea of talking to exes so I can't talk to him about it. Anytime I talk about any ex about anything he completely freaks out and loses his mind in the weirdest way. Not in anger but in complete panic and paranoia. It is just weird so I just don't go there. It is weird. Isn't it weird to think how different life would be if life would have gone in a different direction. I think about all the things I am unhappy about and how even if I took all of those things and put them together and thought about them all at one time I still don't think I would give up even one of the happy things I have in my life now. Espececially when I think about all t he reasons why things didn't work out. I don't know. Parallel universes are a funny thing. I like mine in all of its imperfections.

I am not houseworking as I sit here typing not doing the dishes or folding laundry like I am supposed to this morning. Oooops. Awesome about the double stroller. Dawn - Yay on your Cheery - O status. I saw that yesterday and did a little happy dance. One day I will become consistant and do challenges ALL the time and do all those fun things I should and get to join you rockstars over there on the flipside. Haha!! That is just so awesome for you.

Have fun at walmart?? Sorry you have to use DIY dye. I have always been very fortunate and it has never trashed my hair. I am just lazy and don't do it, but so need to these days. Make sure you do it on dirty hair. It is so much better for your hair that way, or so they say. Give Davy some kisses from Auntie Clara today.

you shush about those piggies and keep those piggies over there on your side of the country. I currently have 2 of 3 symptoms and I want to keep it to that. Oh so I had this horrible realization earlier...if anyone in my family...after all this whining and crying about the stupid swine flu...we would have to go to the stupid hospital because we all have stupid asthma. stupid stupid stupid. here i am whining and crying about everyone needing to stay home and then as soon as any of us get even the first little inkling of it I will tell all of you right now off to the hospital we will go right now. I just thought of that this morning. I tottally forgot about that because it is all allergy related and we don't have regular asthma. LAME!!!!!!! I'm lame. Allergies are lame. Flu is lame. The fall is lame for sickness which is again...LAME!!! Did I ever mention I like to use the word lame when I am irritated about things but not in a bad mood? Well, now you know. :) But you know what is not lame?? My wonderful O family who is the bestest in the whole wide world!!! Loves!!
 
Oh, me either. When I'm really ticked is about the only time I can hardly speak. That is when words come out of my mouth and make very little sense if they are even words at all and when I am able to formulate words those are definately not repeatable. So don't you worry. I'm right there with you when I am really ticked. Oh, i like the word stupid when i'm annoyed too. forgot that one. stupid and lame. and then i stick my tongue out at my husband a lot after i finish ranting when he's there and then he laughs at me and then i feel better, sometimes.
