So tired...... and so far behind! Man, i need the day to really get my butt and head pulled together. What a mess my office is! Papers everywhere. No way to know if I am coming or going any more.
Almost there though, 2 more days of school. That's it..... it has been a really loooooooong year!
Yesterdays appr for Scott went "ok." Since he didn't have blood work done last time (insurance issues) we didn't know which direction to go in since so many different symptoms are back. So we'll give this (some new meds) a shot and see how it goes...... It is all such a crap-shoot.
Gary and I have also decided we are going to get our Rx filled through a Canadian website. It would be $500 for each of us to get it filled here w/ no insurance coverage. Less than $100 each if we go through Canadian mail order. Have any of you ever done that? I know that there are some bogus companies out there, and I know there are some good ones. If you ladies have any idea of a good one, can you let me know?
Did you see my FB page? We got a new kitten (Heather) and a new rattie (Cody). We had to stop and get more bedding from the pet store and wouldn't you know that had the sweetest little calico up for adoption. Gary payed for her before I even knew what happened. Then we were ooh-ing and ah-ing over this sweet brown and white rat and the shop owner says we can have him for free as long as we promise he wasn't going to be snake food. When Scott looked at me, I shrugged- he has 2 males already in a huge cage, as long as they get along and he feeds them, keeps then clean- what is one more?
The kitten is tooooo cute- gets along with the 2 dogs already. The male cats we have are hissing at her but not too badly. The female we have seems to care less one way or the other. Its actually been an easier and faster transition that we usually have.
The rats also are fine- there were a few times of a sniff/whack/nibble, but now they are all cuddled up together int he little box house Scott made.
So just another day in the life of the crazy-faery....

Hugs to all of you!!
