Hey there, O-zies!
Gary and I want to head out around 9 so I am going to try my best to keep my ramblings to a minimum. Of course, *your* minimum is likely different than *my* minimum, so take that statement with a grain of salt. Ha!
Did you have a good day yesterday? I worked as diligently as I could to get everything done. The biggest accomplishment-- Christopher's album! Done, ordered, and will be ready to pick up next week. *wipes sweat from brow* Power-scrapping should be considered an athletic activity, I swear I worked up a sweat.
I searched all over the internet to find a few new recipes. I added vegetarian spinach and cheese enchiladas to the list. I am hoping that the tomatoes will be good for Caprese pasta. Fresh tomatoes, mozz, and basil over linguine. Lots of garlic. But if the tomatoes are mushy- blech. I am making honey and sesame chicken/tofu for dinner tonight. I usually save tofu for when Tom is here, but he doesn't eat honey so I haven't made this meal in a long time.
I dunno--- sometimes when I watch outer space shows I wish that I could pop open a can of "pre-fab" food and be done. :/
Other than car inspection and shopping, I don't have any plans. My head is still a little messy, I just feel so unsettled. The yoga routine I did yesterday was a Stress Relief video and it definitely grounded me, but the feeling never lasts long enough.
TfT
I use Paprika as a recipe and meal organizer which helps a bit. There is a free version but I use it enough and thought $5 was worth it to purchase the app. One of the best features is that you can create a meal plan from the recipes you save. I still use paper to scribble them out but this works to keep it neat and all in one place
