Double digits on the month already. wow!
How is everyone today! Hip hip hooray-ing that it is Thursday?? I am hip hip hooray-ing that I have coffee!
Long week, already...
And.... we made it 3 full days before I got a call from Scott's school. I wonder how many consecutive days we can go again.
He never handed in permission forms for one class and "lost" his gym clothes.
We are not getting off to a good start
On top of it, Gary and I are disagreeing how to handle it. Two very different experience with school as we were growing up and it is hard to parent objectively I guess. He thinks that Scott needs to learn the consequences on his own, let him fall on his face to to speak. What happens in school, should be disciplined by his teachers. Me, OTOH, I think that we need to set firmer boundaries. If he doesn't get his agenda signed, then he should lose TV/phone/computer and so on. Gary thinks that is "double" punishment.Scott is already rebelling on the "authority" rules part. I don't know where to go with this.
All I do know is that it is already way too stressful!
Personals!
Linda W- how nice to wake to a beautiful sunrise and your g-kids!
Linda S- good luck today!

Love the "silver lining" with the bells Palsy. It was mostly on the left side of his face, so it mostly affected his smile- which he rarely did. No wonder I never noticed! ROTF!
to everyone--- hugs!
