CHEERY O
I am so tired of the rain!!!!!!!!!!!

My head is cranky right now.
To add into my "joy-like" state (HA!) Scott girlfriend broke up with him yesterday. This Saturday (his b-day) they would have been together 1 year. On one hand, they are 14- so its "right" "normal"-- the way it should be??? Blergh.... YKWIM? At 14, you need to meet lots of people. But it still sucks ATM. Part of me thinks I am taking it harder than he is.

Caitlyn has been on abx for her skin for 1 week now and is having a Lyme herx. I *knew* the disease was back, I just didn't want to have to admit it. i am going to have to get her in to see the dr when we go back down for Scott in June. I just can't believe it. :( It makes me feel so hopeless sometimes. Its like even when you get better, it is only temporary. Can you ever actually beat it??

*sighs*

I feel like such a downer today.
I should just shut up and be happy.

TTYS!!

Oh no Chris!!!!!! for both kids!!!!!!!

I am so sorry about all of it!!! (((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))) for you all!!!! I really hope that Cait is just mimmicking the disease from the meds....is that possible??

I was so freaking tired last night....I still have Jesse....and Traci did not get all of her stuff moved..Sigh...this has been the longest week ever!!!! Too much going on all at once here!!!!

I NEED A BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gotta run.....need to get Jesse up and ready for school.

Morning lovely ladies... the sun is shining here again today too, but I would love to join you for coffee and cookies at Laurie's place:tea:
I don't have to work until 2:15 today so I am happy to be here on my computer and not have to rush out the door for a change! I am off on Friday and looking forward to a date night with MG, his idea so I am not sure yet just what we are doing. Guess he will miss me when I am gone for the next couple of weeks LOL.

Chris - Your poor family!! My goodness it never ends with this Lyme stuff does it!! I feel so bad for you, you must just want to go and hide in your room and . It is hard to watch your son go through a break up, as most of us have been there and done that and know how much it hurts, but you are probably taking it harder than him. to you my friend, I hope that this week will end on a better note for all of you!

Nana Linda - I hope that you get to  in on the weekend and get caught up on your rest! You do so much for your family, but you must remember to take of you too!! You need a nice hot :bathbaby: with a glass of wine and soak your week away!! Wish I could help you out, but I am going to have my hands full for the next week with grandkids, I am sure I will be exhausted as I am not used to it like you are.

Laurie - Hope that you enjoy all of your sunshine! Watch out you never know we all might show up on your doorstep with coffee cups in hand LOL.

Good morning! I haven't been on here in ages! I just can't get my creative juices flowing! I feel like my LO's are just a jumbled mess of boring. And I am supposed to be creating works of art for my CT. I feel like I am letting down my designer. Right now I am more interested in taking the pictures than putting them into a layout. I think also I am creating these pages specifically for the ct and not for my own personal use.

So how has everyone held up through all these storms? We've had a ton of rain, but nothing worrysome. We had a tornado warning yesterday and the siren even went off, but there was no actual tornado, just conditions for one. Now growing up in the midwest we called that a tornado "watch". Hmmm.

My son is graduating 5th grade in just 28 days!!!!! I cannot believe it! He is already up to my nose. Everyone measured themselves against me this morning. My youngest has caught up to my daughter and is only half an inch shorter than her now! Wow! They are just growing like weeds!

My daughter (who is in 4th grade) asked me the other day "mommy why don't I have boobies?" and pulls her shirt up over her face for all to see ( we were at home)!!!!! Hahahahaha. Too much! All the girls in her class are almost fully developed already. At age 9!!! I think my mom was right when she said it is because my kids don't drink milk all day long. I make them drink water throughout the day. Who knows. Thought you all might like a good laugh!

I had a wonderful mini trip to Wisconsin last week. Boy did I surprise my little sis. I was laying on the couch when she walked in and she jumped and yelled "holy shit!" and tears came to her eyes. That made it all worth it! I went home to celebrate her 21st bday and be her dd! It was so much fun. I am not allowed to post pictures till she lands one of her interviews though. I am so itching to post them everywhere! She is hilarious when she's drunk!

Well off to join the rest of the world and run some errands.

Chris: So so sorry to hear about the kids. Hang in there. I hope she feels better.

Linda: Hope you can catch up on a little sleep

Trudy: Yay for a late start. It seems we are all rushing every day now for something or other. Enjoy your day off Friday!

Laurie: Send some of that sun our way! It's rained here since Saturday :(

sad to say my sun was quickly replaced by the never ending grey and drizzle. Mr. Gorgeous is home, and I am making him take me out to lunch. He will be back on the road sooner than I would like. I need to get my roses planted today though- maybe later the drizzle will stop, and then I will plant- digging will surely be easy.

Trudy- enjoy your date and your time away which will make the return all the more fonder!

Kristina- do some gallery strolls and a scraplift with your CT kits- perhaps that will get your mojo going!

hey ladies popping in to say HELLO and to everyone I wish you a FABULOUS DAY (even if it didn't start out that way)!

Good morning ladies!! I am finally back. Yay!!! I feel like crap though. I have had a sinus infection for several days but don't really want to go to the doctor. To make this even better I got exposed to mono which has me a bit panicked. Mono leads to EBV and I am not up for that at all. I'll just be praying to not get sick with mono I guess.

My trip was great. I got tired of eating and going from here to there all the time but I love visiting my family. I am always glad I don't live there by the time I leave but love to see everyone. It was great to hang with my dad too.

While I was gone Derek and I decided we need to get on track with our finances so I have to get into sell everything mode. As Dave Ramsey says..."Sell so much stuff, your kids think they're next." I'm gonna take that a little more seriously. We have so much going on coming up here with the wedding and stuff. I need to put Bridal Shower invites together. All the invitations went out this weekend. They were expensive to mail because they were square. My mom went to several post offices to find out about pricing. It started out at almost $2 each but it ended up being 0.84 each instead. Still a lot but not so bad. My mom and I are trying to come up with a plan for the bridal shower. Pick a gifting theme, and a party theme and stuff.

Well, I'd better get. Personals real quick:

Chris - I am so sad for Cait. I'll say some prayers for her. Hopefully it won't take much to get the Lyme under control. I understand the wanting to ignore that it is happening. I feel that way about the EBV. And anytime I get strep throat I freak out. Sending hugs for you.

Linda - I'm sure you make the crazy life look easy to all around you but I hope things calm down soon. Hopefully everyone's head will be above water very very soon. Hugs!!

Laurie - I am so there for the coffee and cookies and some fun visiting with all who show up. Sad that the sun went away. Hopefully it will return soon.

Trudy - Yay for Friday off. Your post just made me realize this is yesterday's post. Ooooops!! Enjoy date night.

Katrina - you'll have that with CT layouts sometimes. I now try and make sure to only CT for designers I adore so that I can generally scrap with whatever recent pics I have. To get back into the swing of things try scraplifting or doing some challenges. That helps get people out of the scrap funk. I'm glad you had a great time with your sister. I surprised my aunt when I went to Michigan. I love surprising people. Mu other aunt was being a giant brat and was telling everyone that she already knew because she figured it out because it was common sense. She's one of those people that likes to make other people feel dumb and always has to one up EVERYONE!!

Suzy - Hey girl!! Hope you had a fantastic day.
