You know that you are in pain when...
...You dream about having x-rays done and the dr says that your shoulder is really messed up.
I would ound: but that would make it hurt worse.
I would  but I would have a hard time getting up.
I will simply do this
My bursitis and muscle spasms in my shoulder and shoulder blade area have gotten really bad this week. Last night I was snuggling on top of Ray while watching TV and when I had to push myself up, I didn't think I could do it. I couldn't even roll off the sofa cuz W was on my legs/feet. No way was I going to hurt the dogs even if it took my breath away from the pain. Priorities.
The weather here was a-may-ZING! It got up to 75* here. It was 72* inside my house and even had windows open. Newark, NJ, the city where Nancy goes to see her Devils (notice how I always say "her" Devils LOL) broke 80* It was nice to be outside with the dogs and Gary and I attempted to take W and J on a short walk. We decided that we are going to need training for W. She is unruly on a leash off of our property. She was trying so hard to pull that when Gary had her close on the lease, she literally didn't even have her front paws on the ground. It was comical at the same time horrifying that she was choking herself. Not really choking but the type of collar we use, Martingale, tightens as they pul. It is a humane version of a choke collar. Anyway, the trainer that we used for J was fantastic so if she does group sessions again, I am going to sign her up for that.
I feel bad. When we first got her, she was so wild and unsocialized. Our focus was on getting her to trust is and to get along with R and J. Then it got cold and she is for the most part well behaved in the house. Yeah, she still steals shoes and drinks Gary's coffee if he leaves it within reach but that is more typical puppy stuff. I don't think I trust her whatsoever to come if called or to sit/stay if there are other distractions. She obviously doesn't get "walk nice." :dogwalk:
So I cleaned, tried to walk the 2 Maniacs. Spent over 45 minutes trying to input information on one piece of Tax info that came in the mail. Every darn year I go through this. My dad bought a few shares of PSE&G stock when I was born. It is not a lot-- wouldn't help me a darn bit if my well or septic broke, but comes in handy when we have something like excessive vet bills. I sold a few shares last year and I needed to claim that as income. Two of the boxes on the Tax Form were not reported- one being the price of the stock when it was originally purchased- ok that was in 1968. Online info only goes back to 1996 so I had to use the 1996 price as part of the Cost Basis. (what am I blabbering about this????)
OK. what I was getting at was that it took me 45 minutes to add one small bit of info into Turbo Tax.
I also spoke to my Dr who again said to ignore the bill and to not go for the second MRI until we know more. Since my Mammo was good, she doesn't want me to risk getting another bill. Whew!!!
Today I am going to work a bit more on these darn taxes. My goal is to get the medical deductions entered. That is always a pain but not as bad as the years that I was on IV meds and all 4 of us were seeing LLMDs. I think we had close to $30,000 in deductions. That was insane.
We also are going to give Ray a bath. She hates them. But she hasn't had one ion a long time and she is stinky and has that oily Labrador fur. I don't want to put her in my mom's new ca that way.
have a fab day and hope that the weather cooperates with you all!
