This can't be happening!!:rant::ranger::rollpin:
:faint2:
It is absolutely, utterly incomprehensible that this is the last weekend in November.
I am not ready!
:Cry:
But it is ALL GOOD! Look at everyone's Pre-Party Avatars. That makes some so happy. The Christmas party here is always a big highlight of the season for me.
So let me see, what did I do yesterday. I finished crocheting my mom's scarf and added the fringe. Caitlyn and Gary say that she will love it. Me-- I am not happy at all. You can see how badly I messed up the tension in the rows, it is all warped. I am thinking that I might add a shell stitch edge along the sides. But that might make it look weird with the fringe? Maybe I should take a picture and ask for some ideas.
What else did I do? I played with the rats for a while. It was the babies' birthday! They are still so small for adult rats and I don't think I will ever *not* call them the babies. Caitlyn thinks that their prenatal life situation made such a difference in how they developed. Their mama was one of the hundreds of mice/rats/hamsters/rabbits/guinea pigs that had been dumped on the side of the road by an unethical breeder aka a piece of **** The mama was pregnant with them when they were left for dead. But dang they are so adorable. So darn adorable. Caitlyn gave them mashed potatoes on Thanksgiving and said that I have to watch how they eat them. That is one of the first things I am going to do today.
I also have to get my house cleaned b/c the kids want to decorate on Tuesday. I am so happy that they are all ready to do it. That means I also have to clean out my freezer so I can start baking cookies. There is not enough time! I am not ready! :fear:
Breathe, Faery.
Ok. I am all good.
(am I?????)
Yes.
Wishing everyone a wonderful day!!!
