Happy Cinqo de Mayo!
And happy Birthday to my nephew, Dyl.
How are my lOvelies this morning?
Another rainy, dreary day here. I thought the whole spring deal was April Showers bring May flowers. Ummm, can someone please tell Mother Nature that it is May?
It is also so cold- I just cannot get warm!
Had a crappy day yesterday- just feeling so run down. I have a hugely busy week, so i need to get get feeling better asap!
My eye exam went good- except that at first they couldn't didn't think that the referral the dr gave me was an actual referral. They decided to accept it, but who knows what is going to happen. Last thing I need is a huge bill for an eye exam! Got my new contact lens Rx, now I simply need to find a supplier that accepts Medicaid! *insert slightly insane laughter*
Make sure you check this out:
Monday, May 4 to Sunday, May 10 - Ashalee Wall is Spotlighted!
Ashalee's freebie kit is gorgeous!!!!! I did a lo that was totally not like what I usually do,.... not sure I like it, but it is dfferent
So , personals time!
Dawn, gentle hugs to Davy, I hope he is ok. Is it normal for bunnies to have "colds" ths often? Poor little guy. And yeah, I don't like to take too many pills, but there are times a Xanax is more than needed!
Kelly- I didn't ever have to deal with thatnkfully. Everyone I know says it is just a phase. I bet it is harder on you than him. I hope it ends soon.
ME- hope that you get some sleep too. I don't have to wrry about kids hogging the bed- just dogs and cats! (They are easier to push off htough LOL)
Sandra- are you as sick as I am with this rain?? Hope you got everything done that you need to!
Clara!! I saw your camera is in!! Woo hooo!!!!! How was the memorial? You did a great job on that program. LOL about learning that banging your doesn't work! I know it doesn't work, but I still want to do it some days!
Hi Tali! Sounds like you had a nice weekend! (hugs) back!
Joslyn- lots of "warning time" with you and your labor. I know how you feel- I didn't get labor pains w/ Scott and I was 9 cm byt he time I was inthe hospital, insisiting that it couldn't be labot b/c they didn't hurt. With Caitlyn I had Pre-Term Labor and was already 5 cm at 33 weeks. I am 45 minutes away fromthe hospoital and was freaked about having a roadside baby! I was able to have my dr induce me with her. Good thing since they started the pitocin at 9am and she was born 2 1/2 hours later.
I hope you have the baby before gena comes down!
Dawn, OMG! I would want to string that mother up!!!!!! Scott is 12 and he gets Lyme Rages on occasion- Gary asked his dr if a small doese of Xanax would be ok. Now- Scott is taller and almost as heavy as me. The dr said absolutely not! This poor poor baby!!!! That makes me sooo mad!
And on a lighter note, I had no idea that bunnies could teeth! Ya learn something every day!
No tips today, can't think of anything!
Oh actually- if you have dogs or outdoor cats- it is time to put Frontline or something appropriate on them. You should use it year round, but it so darn expensive, we just use it during traditional tick season, but ticks do live year round.
If you are looking for a good price, try amazon- I found it there cheaper than anywhere else, and it was eligible for free shipping.
Have a wonderful day!!!
