OK, who has Birthday Party Hangover?
I wasn't up chatting last night, but I sure feel it LOL

I am wondering how Elisa and Val's fingers are doing. Did you see all of their Gallery posts? Wow!

Its a very rainy chilly windy Monday. I am glad to be able to work from home today.

I'm staying home today until I can get to the drs- don't feel real bad, but know that I need to be seen to ensure I don't pass anything on to the kids I work with- I believe it is a sinus infection and meds will get me on the road to recovery- we shall see what the drs say.
 
uuugghhh..I was up late last night....chatting and stuff!!! Oh wow am I paying this morning!!! 6 am came way to fast!!!


It's raining and cold here too Chris...yesterday was even worse!!! It rained so hard...and it was very very cold!!!

I am taking a day to rest....well best I can with my babies...but you can bet I am napping today with them...I NEED IT!!!
 
quick post... Kylie's 3rd birthday today... my baby girl is growing up.

off to her school for a duty day... back this afternoon... if we have time. parents are leaving tomorrow :( :(
 
hope everyone warms up soon! I'm heading at the dr's at 2 to make sure that I am not contagious to my patients. meanwhile I have plenty to do. Found out that I won peoples choice award for one of the photos I put in a work contest, and 2nd place for one of my 3 landscape photos-maybe I can find out which one when I go to the doctors. I have a layout started and can't wait to add the details!

Good morning everyone!! I am so sad b-day week is over. Chatting was fun. I love chats and think we should have more of them.

My sister is starting to do much better and has her pain finally under control and is able to spread out her pain pills. That was hard for her. Who knew that Bunion surgery was so painful? I never realized it was more than a bump and an actual bone growth issue where the toe has to be reconstructed. So she had some broken bones and stuff to deal with. But now she's finally able to take care of herself a little bit.

So, the move is pretty official and we will be moving in July. DH tried really hard to get us out of it but that isn't going to happen. He was trying to get us out of it all together and have us stay here but that was just dangerous because then we could get orders to go someplace else and it would just be bad. So, we will be renting out our house and losing a little bit of money, but not as much as is we tried to sell it. Selling it would end horribly for us and we'd lose a lot of money at this point. Ugh!!

Baby girl is sick today. Dh is staying home with her. She's horrible when she's sick. She won't sleep and is cranky as can be, but has some occasional moments of cuteness.

Well, I have to head off to work. I'll chat more in a bit.

I am frantically (well, not really, but it sounds dramatic!! teeheee!!) trying to get my children to finish picking up the house so all of the birthday party mess (yep, the O birthday party mess!! teeheee!!) doesn't over take us!! Hopefully they can finish that while I finish picking winner after winner in the challenge section of the birthday party!!

This party was really fun, wasn't it???? WE are continuing all of the fun for the next three days in the challenges forum...I'm gonna go post about that!! Then I need to make lunch, do a blog post, make sure the children are DOING SCHOOL!! yikes!! LOL!! and then make a grocery list with my new cookbook open and my weekly menu list that I need to make, too!! LOL!! AND then it's off to the grocery store, the library, and home to hopefully a wonderfully cooked dinner with Mr Gorgeous who is HOME FOR THREE WEEKS!!! Yep, you'll be seeing me smile for three weeks!!! :)

*whew* did I wear you out again???? Just wait...this is just MONDAY!! ohhh i LOVE MONDAYS!!!!

btw, it's sooooo gorgeous here...61 degrees, sunny...our windows are open, breezes running through the house, the sound of the waterfall in the backyard...*Sigh*

i love life...just sayin'...(she says while screaming at her children to get back to cleaning!! just trying to be real here!! ahahhahah!)

Stopping in to say hi. Hope you are all doing well. This is a wet and dreary Monday here, and I just had a bit of chocolate for an afternoon pick me up.

Haven't been able to scrap, sigh, but maybe tonight, if I don't fall asleep on the couch after putting C. down to bed. DH is away in Orlando so ... hopefully. I have been faithfully taking my Project 365 photos and putting them into templates and blogging more. Need another hour in the day!!

Now time for some personals.

Sally - What new cookbook did you get? I got the Pioneer Woman cookbook over the weekend, and I made her mac n cheese yesterday. Yum!!

Clara - hope Addie is feeling better. Sorry about the move orders!!

Laurie - Congrats on your photo contest and good luck at the doc.

Linda - get some rest! Better weather is on the way later this week - high 70's!
