New week for all of us, new start... and my new "attitude" is that i am going to try my hardest to not complain about the weather. Its cold, its going to be cold and complaining about it isn't going to make it any warmer.

How long do you think its going to last....

So the jets lost, kind of a bummer. They got creamed the first half. If they played the first half like they did the second, the outcome might have been very different.
Looks like I am going to be rooting for the Steelers for the Super Bowl.Gary and I were both Steelers fans as kids in the 80's. Had something do do with having brothers who were/are Cowboys fans.

Me Me Monday.
Today I have to head down to South Jersey for Scott's Lyme dr appt. My brother left some $$ fpor me at my mom's so I can order pizza for dinner tonight instead of having to cook. Usually I hate to accept stuff like that, but this time-- pizza it is!

Good morning :) I'm a newbie to the forums and just found out about the Oooo's. Neat idea!

My pampering today is getting to the gym. The kids have a great time in the kids area and I get my run in for the day. A win-win as long as we actually get out and DO it! Have a great Monday ladies!

Chris, I was routing for the Jets last night....I was bummed..especially for you sweetie!!!!!

Okay...Birthday weekend is over.....can I have it back?? I like the tad bit of spoiling that I got!!!! Dinner with the family was awesome....we ended up at the Texas Steakhouse (how about that Sally?? hehehe)....it was yummy!!!! As usualy, my little man ended up coming back to the house with us....as did Jamie, Clint and Annette...we watched a movie.... But Cameran spent the night and he and I built Legos for 4 hours yesterday morning :mrgreen: I loved every minute too...I love legos!!! Sharon picked him up around Noon and then Mike and I drove to the country to his leased property...he wanted to pick up a few things that he did want to leave out all winter...cameras and such....I took the video camera hoping to catch a few deer....NO LUCK....

Chris.........Yes...........the cold is toooo cold....the biggest reason for me at this point for comlaining is the heating bills!!! AAAAAAAAACCCKKK..through the roof!!!!

Laurie......I hear you on procrastination!!!! I hope you get your things done!!

yes its morning....good it is not....ugh i hate mondays i dread them....i really do.....my 10 year always wakes up with a major attitude!!! UGH...anyways....shes off to school now at least...but im still super tired...and bed sounds NICE!!!

Good morning ladies :) I'm feeling MUCH MUCH MUCH better emotionally. Wow it's been super rough lately. We're still dealing with the bug we had over the weekend... I ended up getting the worst migraine of my life so far. Jeff just woke up with the very same migraine... middle ear on the left side, resonating to the sinuses and jaw. I never told him how it felt, I just whined a lot and he drugged me up. He did too good of a job drugging me up, because I bought him a day-long ocean fishing trip for a valentine's day gift. Spoiled butthead!

Tonight I have a work "party"... we usually do it at christmas, but the four of us had a ton going on, so it's tonight! I better start laundry and go take care of Jeff :)
 
Hey ladies, happy Monday! Hope you are all having a great day. It's sooo cold here, and our heat was not working this morning. Thankfully, a former neighbor is an HVAC guy, and he was able to stop by and fix it. It's a good thing to have heat!

Good afternoon ladies!!!

I am so wore out. As most of you know, this is a lot of work! This little girl is crazy! All she does is eat eat eat! I feel like a dairy cow lol. I gave the baby her first real at home bath today and she HATED it. She screamed the entire time. I felt so bad!

Anywho, baby is sleeping and I have a million things to do. I'm hoping to get some pages done this evening when things settle down a bit.

Good evening everyone!!

I just took a sleeping pill in hopes i will sleep at a decent hour. Tomorrow is ethan's first day of school and all of our first day to wake bright and early!! So therefor I have to get to bed at a decent hour. He is already in bed and my mom is laying with him in hopes he will finally get to sleep at a decent time. Me too. We'll see what happens. I am hoping and praying tomorrow goes perfect. Ethan's clothes and lunch are all together. I still don't know who his teach is so we aren't fully prepared for him for class. i just wanted to know what all he needed so he could be totally prepared on day one, ya know? What is really so hard about that? Ugh!!! Pray for us guys!!

Anyway, I'm nervous for him. More so than him finally. Thank goodness. I hope all of you are doing well. Looks like it...

Chris - it will get warmer lady...it will just be weeks not days. January is almost over and the February. Then March will get here and you can start planning your garden. So much better than October/November when it is just starting to get cold. It sucks but it has to get worse to get better. Big warm hugs for ya!!

Laurie - You go girl!! Get it done!!

Amy - welcome to the O!! I commend you for running. I hate running.

Nana - I am soooooo glad you had a fabulous birthday weekend and got spoiled. You deserve it.

Kristy - did you get some more sleep?

Trudy - yay for finally getting the splints taken care of. I hope that gets your jaw healed soon.

Meg - you are so good to that boy!!

ME - Isn't it the best to know a guy? So glad you were able to get your heat fixed. That would be the worst.

Kayleigh - slow down lady. you've got the rest of your life to get stuff done. don't wear yourself out. She'll start loving those baths eventually. Hugs.
