Going backwards again for personals
Sally- are you a bit excited about the football games? Are the Texans the "new" Oilers? Can't wait to see how you did on your gig, I am sure that you kicked butt in a wonderful way. Hoping to see your happy face in here full of monday cheer!!
Oh it looks like I can't go backwards, I am missing info from earlier posts.
Trudy- did you survive Costco? I hope you didn't need to pepper spray anyone like that woman in Cali did on Black Friday.
Did your kitty let you sleep in a bit later on Sunday? I am so lucky that Ravyn doesn't need to go out first thing in the morning like Harley did.
Catzilla is here and she says Hi to the O-Fam!
Phyllis, any new news yet on your grandson? Good thoughts to you and him~~~~
It is an amazing feeling to know that the adoption process is d-o-n-e done, for sure. I am also really glad that my kids were able to witness it, and that maybe someday, depending how life takes them, they will be open to that option too. Good heartening lessons for all sides.
Eva- snow looks so pretty in pictures LOL
Maureen-- ouch! I hope that you are feeling tons better today and that you are staying off your feet. They did a CT scan, but it sounds more like a slipped disk, don't you think? I have had sciatica and what my dr things is a slipped disk, not sciatica so I know what you mean about the difference in the shooting pains. But from what i have heard, a slipped disk won't show up in an x-ray but shoul din a CT scan. or was it an MRI? Oh bother! Either way, feel better and no quick moves!
Is it better or worse that Dick's surgery might be pushed back? I guess on the one hand you want it taken care of. OTOH- it might be more important that you get back on your feet as slowly as possible.
Hi Fran- how are you holding up? And the moms?
Nana- always soooo good to see your face in here! How I wish I could take you away -- even just for the afternoon. xoxo
Hugs to everyone who stops by today!
