A very quick good morning....

My Mom is on her way...I have the day off today...so my Mom and I are going to spend the morning together....we were suppose to go eat lunch with my Dad...but he is home sick today :( I hope he feels better!!!

Oh...I forgot to tell you ....Cameran did not win the NO GREEN on st pats day!! HAHAHA...when I picked him up at the bus, he had a shirt with green writing on it!!:p I said "Wow, look at that shirt" he said "Yeah it's cool isn't it? My Mom bought if for me and you know what Nana, it worked for wearing green today!!" Totally love that kid!!

My gas was fixed by 1 pm yesterday....I spent a lot of time outside with my babies...I set the playpen on the deck and got a chair out and I did some reading!!! Ayden did not like it outdoors too much :confused: He better get used to it!!!! Savannah, being from this family, LOVED IT!!!

I will be back this afternoon....

ooh, good morning all. man... this visit is going TOO fast, but it's awesome!

PT yesterday was good... I learned tons. I'm going to be like this forever... but it's easily manageable since it was caught super early :) I've got exercises to do and a week to get stronger. Next week I get the 'probe' to test muscle strength so I'd better get going on those exercises lol. Good thing it's NOT the uterus or bladder or fecal... it's only the wall so even tho it's a bit saggy, with some muscles in there everything should get held up & be ok :) I have some restrictions re: lifting, etc but I'm learning a new way to lift so it will be ok soon. Also, she said I could go back to TKD on wed, I'm super excited about that because it means I can be a part of the Demo we're having on the 28th!

Anyway, I'm sure there is more, but I've got to have some breaky & get my day going :) Today we're giving Grandma & Grandpa a sleep in... kept the kids upstairs til 9:30 :)

hey ladies- better late then never... so I am here to say TGIF!
I am trying to have a good day- had 2 in a row - must be my "Universe Decreed Limit."
I found out I am losing my health insurance as of May 1.
I know we try to not talk politics, but I am really hoping that this health care bill passes. When they talk about people who can't afford individual health insurance... that would be me.:(

Linda W- that is too funny about Cameran- Caitlyn didn't wear green either and came home with a paper shamrock stuck in her ponytail holder;)

Andrea- that is really good news!

I have been watching about the health care plan...it's very frustrating!! I am hoping for you and so many that this will pass!!!

Hello!! It is pretty quiet in here today. I hope everyone has a piece of this Washington sunshine. It is gorgeous here today!! Tonight we are having our St. Paddy's Day celebration since Derek was gone on Weds. I made a green pie last night. I think it will be yummy. I put it in the freezer so it will be ready tonight. It is pistachio with a raspberry drizzle and it is low fat and sugar. I'm still trying to be on my no sugar kick, although it is much harder after the cruise than before.

So, any big plans this weekend? Not for me. Just trying to get my house back together after the painting and carpet cleaning. My poor cat has been living in the bathroom for several days now. She is still having some GI problems but the vet is hooking us up with some really expensive food and stuff for her that will supposedly possibly help. We'll see. If it does I am going to try and find it online and see if I can't find it cheaper. $45 a month on cat food seems a bit extreme. But that's just me. I know a lot of people who spend much more than that. We'll see how it goes. I just hope that it helps. She is having trouble getting to the litter box even in that small room. Ugh!! It sucks!!

Well, I better go. I am trying to get all my scrap stuff organized and today was payday so I have to do my budget. Blech!! Who wants to do their budget? No fun at all. I do have a few cents to put towards Cozumel though. Whoohoo!!

LindaW - So funny about Cam and his green stuff. Boys are so silly. Your little boy didn't like the sunshine, huh? Well, I'm sure he'll get used to it soon enough. You'll have him whipped into shape in no time. Enjoy your warm sunny weather.

Andrea - I'm glad PT is helping and even happer for you that you get to go back to TKD. That is awesome for you. I'm glad your parents are having a good visit. Where are they visiting from?

Chris - Oh man!! That sucks about your healthcare coverage. I don't know what I think about the healthcare bill but I know I have always thought that people who need healthcare should get healthcare, especially when they aren't trying to abuse the system, just trying to be healthy. That just sucks. I'll adopt you and you can use mine. You can act 12 and put pigtails in your hair and pretend your my kid, right? Tricare is pretty good coverage. If only!! I'll be praying for you. How about the kids...will they still have their coverage? It sucks you are always fighting healthcare systems. I'll take your x-rays for free...you just have to get here. LOL!!

Alright...off I go.
 
It is friday- late- home from work, dinner and off to dance- then hot tub when I get home- too late for hot tub last night with work today- so I am hoping for tonight!
 
Watching the snow come down. Can you say yuck? 3-5 inches predicted!

Laurie - I am way jealous about your hot tubbing. My neighbors have a hot tub and they never use it. Hate that. I'll bet if I had one I'd forget to use it too. Enjoy it.

LindaS - How did you get missed in the beautiful weather trend. So not fair!!

Dont know how you deal with that cat!!! I know you pet lovers love them and deal with the nasty issues....but it's reasons like this that keep me away!!! plus the expense!!!...vet bills are HIGH!!!

Laurie...enjoy your hot tub!!! We almost put one in here a few years ago, but decided to remodel the kitchen instead!!

AndreaNyx...I am happy to hear that PT is going well and working!! Enjoy your parents...I know this is great for you!! how long are they staying??

Me either. I have never had a high maintenance animal. This is why she is locked in the bathroom at the moment. Actually the vet told us too because she seemed to forget how to use the litter box. So, until she is regular and she can use the litter box ALWAYS in the bathroom she shall stay. I hope the bug gut food helps.
 
Chris, so sorry about the health insurance. What a worry!

Laurie, the dancing sounds great. And the hot tub really sounds excellent. We didn't use ours all winter...and I actually love it in the winter. But it was just too cold and under too much snow. I've been thinking that I might do that tonight! Sit in the dark with the snow falling down...love watching it fall into the hot tub.

Linda W., thanks for that call to mother nature! We'll see how she responds.

Clara, can't wait to see some scrapbook pages from Cozumel!

Andrea, sounds like a great time with your parents. I'm sure that they are enjoying it just as much as the kids!
 
Ohhh Nana Linda love your new avi- I'm guessing we will be seeing more bday avi's this week- smart as a tack I am!
