TGIF!! Hmm, I wish we had a TGIF smilie :whoo: <~ does that one work??
Did I ever come back and finish personals? I don't think I did. I have been having some major Lyme brain issues again. I hate it. I cleaned yesterday for my neighbor, and I couldn't remember if I cleaned parts of his house. And his house is pretty small! Today I am cleaning again. The woman who called me in 2 weeks ago, called back for another job. My fingers are crossed tight for a regular spot, and this def. makes it look like a better possibility!
Annnnd-- my MIL needs me again next week. Not that any of this helps pay off the credit card, but it does put food on the table and gas in my car.
Speaking of credit cards, I saw my bill for one of Cait's blood tests- $270, for one test. Yesterday I got the call from her dr. She did test positive for Babesia duncani. Its a relatively new strain of babesia and the regular tests don't pick it up. Scott had the regular strain, babesia microti. Babs is a malaria-like illness, and you need to take Mepron to get rid of it. In my house we call mepron "latex paint" because that is exactly what it looks like- yellow paint. When I told cait about the babs, she kind of went Ughhhh!! When I told her about the mepron, she started to cry. She posted a pic onher FB page of what it looks like- its so gross...
My point up there is that while my credit card it outrageous, it is 95% all medical expenses, but I am happy (ok, satisfied!) to be billed like that when there is a result that we can work with.
Then yesterday when I was cleaning my neighbors house, I broke the tooth off of a horse skull. Then I knocked down a couple of swords and a cleaver. This guy is the neatest guy and very, very eclectic. He collects weapons of all kinds, and actually has a real iron Maiden. I left him a note apologizing about the skull and swords and then had to admit that I never had to write about breaking a skull before!! ound:
Finish It Friday:
Gotta finish cleaning my own house out:
Have a great one!
