TGIF O-fam! How are all the night owl chatters this morning? I can't believe I pooped out after only 30 min :eek:! Did I miss anything superdooper funny? I can't wait until tomorrow morning for the am chat! This has seriously been the most fun week ever :).

Hello "O" Family I am so glad this week is over....Ugh I have the flu and feel lousy! I am also happy that today is the first day of spring!!! WOoooot! Bring on the sunshine! :)

Yay for the first day of spring. Whoohoo!!! I have a couple minutes before heading off to the bus stop. The chat last night was fun. I won right off the bat so I couldn't win much else and I never knew the answers for the big prizes. But it was fun chatting away aside from the stupid remarks my husband was throwing at me all evening. We were kinda celebrating. Afriend of mine got promoted in the Army to an E-7 which is a pretty big deal. But we are going out this weekend to celebrate and she comes over all the time so it wasn't that big of a deal. He thinks because I do my hobbies at the house I don't deserve the same time like when he goes fishing or hunting or whatever. He's a brat sometimes.

Anyway, I'll probably be back in awhile. I want to see what festivities are going on today. This week has been a blast.

A quick hello. I am back home from PA -- Dad is doing very well after the kidney surgery, was actually up and walking in the hospital last night. The hope is that he will go home tomorrow or Sunday.

I seem to have come down with some sinus thing - my head feels like it's going to explode. AAUGH! Christian is still coughing, but he does seem better. Tonight my plan is to lie on the couch and watch the college basketball tournament. Love March Madness. Hope to feel like scrapping this weekend. Today has been crazy busy at work! TGIF!!

Hi everyone! We're knee deep in the remodeling on this house of ours. We tear stuff out, then I clean and clean and clean some more. Tomorrow it will start all over again:) We're making headway though! I can see the teeny tiny faint flicker of light at the end of the tunnel :)
Tonight I'm going through garden catalogs to get things ordered for this growing season. I'm going to put in grape vines and add to my rhubarb patch. We talked about blueberries but they look like just too much work to get the soil acidity right. We're also planning to add more cherries and an additional pear tree. Yes - we have a large piece of land:) lol
ME - so glad to hear that your dad is doing so well. I'll continue to pray!
Sandra - hope you had fun at Will's school. We had today off - yay for spring break!
Kat - sorry to hear you are sick! Hope you feel better soon!
Dawn - you made it longer than I did last night. I was in bed by about 9:30 cst! Sorry girls, I just can't hoot with the owls like I used to.
Clara - you are not alone - Mr Wonderful is a brat most of the time :0 But I love him anyway!
Chris - hope you had a fabulous day!
