I want to share it with all of you so here:

*throws smiley faced confetti everywhere*

:p;):D:):cool::D

I should have been off the computer a while ago- but I want to say how much I love you!

What good plans does everyone have this weekend?

We are putting up our tree and I am so happy to be in the holiday spirit finally!

Good morning!!!!!!!!

well...I am suppose to be moving Traci this morning...but just like every other day this week......something has put a wrench in it!!! We still have high hopes to get started around lunchtime!! Time will tell!!!

Other than that...I am going Christmas shopping tomorrow...can you believe it??? It's a short list....DH and I talked about it and we definately decided that gift cards were the way to go this year!!! That will be a one stop deal for the majority of my people...

Now my little ones are a different story!! WOOT!!!!!!!! Gotta buy some fun stuff for them!!!

So it's VERY cold here....it was down to 18 degrees last night...BRRRRRRRRR...very unusual for this time of year....We never have this cold of weather before January....I can hear my gas bill adding up!!!

Okay...I guess I am off now...I need to do a couple of things and hopefully we will be going to MOVE in a bit!! Poor kid just wants to be in her own house for Christmas!! She says that's all she wants!!

Oh Just got the phone call!!!!!!!!! Woot!!!!!!!! We are a go!!!!! Starting at 12:30!!!

I will talk you to ladies tomorrow and I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning ladies!

Chris, so happy to hear about the disability news! Definitely ends 2009 on a high note! Enjoy doing the tree.

Linda, glad to hear that the move plans are a go. Sorry that it's so cold though. And good to hear that you are going to get that Christmas shopping started.

I got my Christmas cards ordered this morning so I'll be addressing cards tonight. Used Costco so that I'd actually be able to get them in the mail before Christmas. I'm feeling a little grumpy this morning. I was up at 4:30 a.m. to check and make sure that our cycle had run at work and to contact testers. Now I can't get logged back in so I have no idea how things are running and that makes me feel a little crazy.
Sydney and Mom and I had planned to go to Costco but then found out that swimming lesson make-up for Thanksgiving is today. I'd skip it but then Brian would tell me how much money I'm wasting. Shaun decided to punch me...and lost TV privileges for the weekend. Not a good start to the day. Really need to turn it around. Singing FA LA LA LA LA!!!

Hoping everyone is having a wonderful weekend. I'll be back later today when I get happy!

Happy weekend. MIne starting out mediocre. It is just me this morning since dh is out hunting for ducks. I HATE duck hunting season. I think it is stupid, wasteful and just dumb. I always hope that he gets wet so that it is miserable and he gets done early. It just ruins our whole day. He is cranky because he gets up so early (around 4). I am cranky because I get up so early (around 8) and the kids are always cranky because they just seem to be cranky when we're not all home.

So, I just made us all waffles and am about to put the kids back to bed because they both woke up in foul moods this morning. Then we are going to see santa at Cabela's this afternoon. I love the Cabela's santa. He wears camo under his santa suit. I love it. I also have to write my Christmas letter so that I can send out my Christmas cards. I have to buy stamps and I'll be able to send them out on Monday. Yay!! Love that. I think I ordered too many cards this year but I'm good with it. For only $5 extra I can handle it. I am hoping to get the Christmas tree up this weekend. That's the plan anyway. Wish me luck.

LindaS- So we are in the 70s for days left for the cruise. I think 76. I am pretty stoked about it.

LindaW - Good luck with the move today. I am so happy for her. I hope everything goes perfectly.

Chris - I am so glad you are in the Christmas spirit today. That is awesome. It is about time. It is always bound to show up at some point. Love you back!!

OKay ladies. I am off to beat the kids soundly and send them to bed. LOL!!

Hi all! I've been missing you all so much! Just been way busy and I know when I come here to play I tend to hang out too long ;).

I love you all and am soooo excited about your good news, Chris!!! WOOHOO!
LindaW-hope you are moving Traci as I type :).
LindaS-how are your young'uns?
Clara-hey girlfriend!!!

((((hugs)))) to my O-fam!

OH my!!!!!!!!! It's 9:30 and we just got home....Traci is officially moved in!!! We were MOVING our tushes today!!! She is a very happy lady today!!! My heart is filled with JOY!!! They are calling for some nasty weather tonight....but if it doesn't we are headed back tomorrow to help do some unpacking and organizing. My mother kept the kids while we did the moving and I went to pick them up and take them to her...we got there and poor little Jesse...he had to break in the new place right...he threw up all over the kitchen floor!!...then he took off and just started playing....Kids!! Well..I am off...I need to lay down and rest...I am TIRED!! Very Tired!!!! and yeah EXTREMELY TIRED!!!!

(((HUGS)))

Good morning- I am up way to early- just couldn't sleep for some reason.

We didn't get to put the tree all the way up- it is standing in my living room, naked. Today hopefully everyone will be in a better mood. We had a really tough afternoon and evening with Scott. When he gets that worked up... we can't reach him. Gary tends to push and it seems like it makes things worse.

But I did get more F-W's stuff done- another basket is finished and 2 more are getting close.

Linda W-- how wonderful for traci!!!!! I bet that she is thrilled- poor Jesse, glad it was just a momentary thing.
Take care of yourself dearie-- don't push today.
And seriously- what is up with this cold weather??? We were around 25* yesterday- just insane. (i hate the cold...)

Linda S- sorry that your Saturday didn't start out good. Hope that things settle with Shaun. I know how hard that is.....
But-- Falalalalalalaaaaaa!!!!:D:D:D

Dawn- yay!! Missed you here sweets..... you have to come and play here ;) Or at least share a quick Davy story! What are you getting her for Christmas?

Clara- what is the point of duck hunting? Does he bring the duck home and you have to cook it? eeewww! Hope the rest of the day wasn't so cranky for everyone.
LOL at sending the kids back to bed, I used to do that too when my guys were littler. We would call it a do-over. They'd have to get back into bed, even if they were all dressed and I'd go back in, pretend to wake them up and start the morning fresh.
Hope you had a blast at Cabelas.

I am off to do a gallery run if I am ever going to meet my Dec. postign goal...

have a FAB day!!!!

Good Morning My O Family!!!!!!!!

It's raining and very cold...so I am thinking that means some slick roads!!!!

Any Sunday plans are probably out of the door now!!!

LindaS...(((((((((HUGS))))))))))) I am hoping your day started a little better today sweetie!!! NO STRESSING THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS (LOL...I should talk!!!) but you keep on...FA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA

LET"S ALL SING IT!! FA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA!!!

Clara....we have discussed that hunting stuff before....best thing I can say about it, when they love something...it's best to learn to tolerate it and not get so frustrated...because if it makes them happy, then it should make you happy that they are happy!!!! It takes years of being married to figure this out on your own!!! Just sharing some of my wisdom!!

Dawn.......Oh so happy to see you here girl!!! You have been MISSED!! and Davy has been missed!!!!!!!!!

Chris....LOVE THE SMILIE CONFETTI!! and yay for progress on the tree!! it will get done!!! Give Scott a big Nana hug from me...and tell Gary to stop pushing so hard...another peice of wisdom from me....I learned this the hard way too!!! Some kids just can not be pushed like that!! I understand EXACTLY how Gary feels....I pushed Traci like crazy...but after years of this...I finally realized that it wasn't the answer...it always made things worse!!! YAY for getting your FW stuff done....I am loving mine!! I haven't decided if I am keeping it all for me yet..hehehe!! Guess I better not....but I am leaning to keeping half of it for myself!!! I have to say...the body scrubs are my faves though!!! I have only found one body scrub that I liked so well before..it's a B&BWs...but it is so EXPENSIVE..so finding yours was awesome for me...most scrubs are not really scrubs in my opinion....they are more like a whippy cream!! Thanks again!!!

Big hugs to you all....I guess I will be in the gallery today...since I am probably stuck in the house...maybe some scrapping too...I have scrapped one page all week!!! Ugghh!! NOT LIKE ME!!!

Oh Clara.....Maybe I can talk DH to coming and visiting you....he loves the hunting...and he loves CABELAS!! we have NONE close to us....Bass Pros are closer to us...still the closest one is about 3 hours...but Cabelas..I think the closest is about 7 hours!!

LInda- have you been to the Cabelas in PA? It is eastern PA, south-ish... LOLOL!!
I guess it has to be near Reading??

That is where my dad goes. It is about 1 1/2 from them, about 2 1/2 hours from me. DC is about 5 hours from me.... so I am thinking that maybe it might not be too far from you.

I am sorry that made absolutely no sense, but that is pretty much the extent of mty "map skills."

Oh Chris.......... I will get DH to come see you too...he would love to go to Cabelas there too :p

Actually that is the one I was refering to...and then there is one in West VA that is about the same distance...It about 375 miles...which would be about 6 - 7 hours...we are about 5 hours from DC too....

Oh it all made perfect sense to me!!!!

But when I come and see you....WE ARE GOING TO NYC BABY!!!!!:p:p:p

Good morning girls! Some of the funk has lifted. I got my Christmas cards made...and some are even addressed. The work problems continued until about 4 yesterday when I told everyone to just stop working on it. People need a break! So, that's what I told them...to enjoy the rest of their weekend and we will figure it out Monday.

The kids are just totally hyper! Christmas has them bouncing off of the walls...especially Shaun. And after awhile, his antics even get Sydney going...although I must admit they were quite happy together for most of the evening!

And, here's a bit of not so good news! The furnace doesn't seem to be working this morning. So we've turned on the fireplace and got a call into the furnace people. Glad we have the fireplace!

Chris and Linda, I want to go to NYC with you! Do you know that I've never been there? It's on my list for sure!

Dawn, glad that things are going well!

I need to get a couple of layouts posted and go get ready to endure a personal training experience. My eating and exercising haven't been good the last two days!

Good morning, everyone! I know... again, it's been a while since I've been around... we've just been so busy... yesterday and today its dress rehearsal for The Nutcracker... 3 hours each day... Wedneday night we've got rehearsal from 4:30-8:00 p.m. Thursday, Piper has 2 performances... a school show at 10 a.m., and a public performance at 7 p.m. and then we're done with ballet until the new year! Will also has a Christmas music showcase on Wednesday so Gabe and I will be splitting things up that day...

I hope everyone is having fun getting ready for the holiday... I still have soooo much to do... plus Gabe's aunt will be here Wednesday with his mom coming on Sunday and we still don't have our shopping done - ugh! So lots to do this week... anyway, I better run... the list of things to do is endless right now! love you all!

Chris - to answer your question about the duck hunting...I have no idea about the point of the duck hunting. I mean yes, he can eat them and does and will. I won't cook them. I have no idea what to do with them. I don't have a problem cooking them I just don't know what I'm doing and I am not about to do the dirty work of cleaning them. I won't clean fish either. Ewwwww!! Whenever he gets the ducks he never seems to eat them at home so I've never had them. It takes forever to get them ready. You have to clean them, then soak them in milk for days and change out the milk and stuff. He doesn't waste them. I know there have been times when he has been an hour or two late because the couldn't find a duck and spent forever finding it and search and search until they find it. If they shoot it they leave with it, period. The only time they waste a duck is to train a dog with it and that isn't really wasting it either, or necessary wasting I guess. But yeah, it is gross. At least it is less meat than if he shot a deer. i don't love deer meat. I don't mind hunting. I never have if they use the meat and all that. I just don't love the taste of the meat. Derek keeps telling me I'd like elk though. Who knows. Something to try at Cabela's I guess.

Linda - I know what you're saying about letting them do what they love and all that. I just hate duck hunting. Fishing is fine and a hunting weekend is fine. I don't know what it is about duck hunting but I just hate it. It makes me crazy. I think it just seems like his most manipulative thing he is involved in. Last year we ended up having to pay $350 for a gun becaus ehis buddy wanted him to go hunting with him so let him use his gun. It got scratched and so Derek had to buy his gun or get it repaired? That's crap. It was a ploy to buy a gun. I just don't like it. He comes home late. he throws fits. He goes when he knows he shouldn't. I just don't like it. Me and duck season just don't get along.

Now...Cabela's. If that get's you and your husband to come visit. By all means come on. We live within 3 miles of Cabela's. It is one of the largest. We go there all the time. It has a huge gun locker thing, an archery thing to try out bows, a mountain in the middle with a fresh water tank in the middle with salmon and trout, a boat showroom, and i don't know what else. Derek takes Addie there every week or two. We live off the same exit. Derek loves to go and check out the bargain cave. You could plan a trip around the same time as the REI garage sale and get whatever outdoor gear you need at the same time. LOL!! But if you guys go to the one 2.5 hours from Chris instead and you go to NYC I am so coming with!!! :)

Oh the fishing here and hunting defininately rocks...or a trip to AK could always work. It's not like we don't have some hookups or anything. :)
