Good morning ladies!! :) Ohhh what a day!! Yesterday was a great day!! This morning though ... I may murder the dogs!! LOL!! My boys sleep late as a rule .... but when there are 2 other dogs in the house . not so much!! All 4 of them are racing around like retards right now. Ugh!! TOOO EARRLY!

I'm off to the diner this morning for a bit to receive the order ... but then I'm off the rest of the day... well we are closed on Monday's anyways so I will be home with the family for the remainder of the day. There are enough left overs that I won't have to cook at all today ... so I'm scrapping like a wildwoman :)

Good morning Laurie!! Ahhh, you said the T word..... guess I have to hop on today too. Since we walked so much on Sat. I thought that I had a day or two of respite. But if you are going on after work, I guess I should too!

Krista-- IKWYM, my dogs don't seem to get the concept of "weekends" at all.Have a great scrap-day!

I am so glad that we have today off. even though we didn't have much of anything this weekend, I feel like I just wasted so much time and didn't get much of anything done that i needed to. Today I have to get my list going, buckle down and get some work done. House work, F-W work, laundry, bills.... the whole deal. Bah humbug!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Me Me Monday- I want to do some scrapping a bit later too.

Good morning ladies.....

Krista...YAY for the scrapping and a day home with the fam!!! Glad your Thanksgiving went well!! ...uuhhmm....but put those dogs out!! YIKES!!!!!

Chris.....I hope you get your work done sweetie!!! But you need not worry so much about it!!! It will always be there when you are ready for it  seriously though, you need to have days where you don't do anything...and DON'T feel guilty about it!!!!! That is a NANA order!!!

Okay...off to get ready...hope you all have a very fabulous day!!

Laurie -- Have a great day at work, and don't over do it on the treadmill ;)

Krista -- I know what you mean!!! I've been dog sitting for two large dogs, one who is all puppy. Last night the dogs brought home a friend. It's been bonkers.

Chris -- Have fun scrappin and walking!

Nana Linda -- Good luck getting the house together!! Lol, that's what my in laws were like before our wedding. The trim never got painted.

Well, as soon as my hubby picks me up on his way home from work -- my house/dog sitting gig is up! I did manage to get a lot of work done out here, not really looking forward to going home :\

Me Me Meeeee Monday -- hmm, I think it's going to be a lot more leg work today trying to figure out business stuff. It's looking like I'm going to try my hand at selling kits, paper packs, and templates from my website. That way I'll have some income, even if no one is hiring me. Ugh, I'm just not looking forward to all of the work it takes to market myself to get people to buy from my shop -- especially since it's independent & haven't made a name for myself. In November I'm going to change hosting plans and become a reseller, that'll be good for my clients with smaller sites, and a few extra bucks a month for me.

Ohhh I am so late getting in here today... Had a fabulous weekend, tooooo much turkey and woke up with heartburn in the middle of the night, yuk!!! So no turkey buns for me today (darn!!)

Meg - thanks so much for the beautiful sunrise Stunning photos!!

Nana Linda - Good luck with your cleaning and painting, wish I could come and help you out, I love to paint!!

Chris - Hope that you get some scrapping time in, I have already done one layout for the Taylormade Challenge Wahoo!!

Laurie - Have a good walk on the treadmill...good for you!! Hope you get some time to enjoy the sunshine!

Krista - Yay for a day off, hope that you don't have to be at the diner too long! You have been a scrapping fool lately, such great lo's!! You rock girl!

Off to make turkey soup, turkey pies and do some :washing:

evening all - I see Krista has been busy scrapping, as have you Meg and Trudy too I think! I need to - I only did 15 min on the T while I waited for my dinner to cook- I did go out mid day and walked 15 min in the sunshine- marvelous- Vit D and time away from my computer. You will be so proud of me- I left it at work- finished today's work before I left- hooray! I even stopped myself mid driveway and remembered no mail today - no bills.

Hey ladies!!

I hope you all had a fantastic Columbus Day. I ended up having a great weekend. It started out very stressful. We had everything all figured out but DH is a spaz and doesn't pay attention or ask questions and so went to the wrong place for the Cub Scout Camporee and was over 1.5 hours from where he was supposed to be. He wasn't lost just not in the right place. Then we were supposed to meet up and I was going to pick him and Ethan up and we were going to finish the drive a couple more hours from there (totaling for me to be about 4 hours) to go to W. Virginia. When I looked it up on the computer I found out it was actually going to be about 6-7 hours and Derek had decided to go ahead and head up. He had Ethan on the back of his motorcycle and wasn't answering his phone and by the time he called me was about 3 hours into the trip. Ethan really wanted to go but was sick of the motorcycle, I had Ethan's stuff, and hadn't even started and Derek thought he was only a little over an hour away. I was freaking out. Derek was acting like a brat and being a spaz all at the same time. I didn't know what to do. Was I supposed to pack and go, or stay put. So, I ended up going because both Ethan and Addie wanted to go and I really did too. It was just so frustrating. But we finally got there got some sleep and then the next morning we got up and started our time there and everything was awesome. W. Virginia is gorgeous. They live right by the largest arch bridge in the western hemisphere and there is a ton of outdoor sports that take place right there...rafting, rock climbing, hiking, zip lining, etc. We went rock climbing. Well, they went rock climbing and I was a spectator. I just don't feel comfortable hauling my big booty up a rock right yet. Once I shrink my booty a bit I will but not yet. I'm a little more motivated now though. Ethan was sure impressive though. He climbed 40-50 feet up and had no fear whatsoever! he's a rock star. And our friend Steve that we went to see, Steve, he is freaking Spiderman. Steve is one of my favorite people and will always have a very very special place in my heart. When we found out that my friend Casey's plane had crashed 3 years ago but didn't know what was going on I asked my husband if he would do search and rescue and he of course said yes. Then he called his friend Steve to come with us. Once we got up there and found out that there were no survivors they packed up their backpacks, got up at 4 AM and both hiked up that mountain to do recovery for the families. It was not pretty and Steve didn't know them from Adam but knew it was important to me. And for that I will forever adore him. Plus he's just a cool guy. I was talking to his wife, who I had never met before this weekend and I was telling her how Steve had seen me throw a temper tantrum or many and then he walked up and I asked him to concur and he not only concurred but said they were well deserved tantrums. It was great. Anyway, it was a great trip and I am glad i went. I am exhausted now though.

Well, I am going to go check out my pics and be thankful that Columbus discovered Cuba. Have a great day everyone. Hugs to you all!!
