Color for 2013

Pantone's colour of 2013 EMERALD

I've been waiting to see what it would be next year! Green is one of my favorite colors, although this is a little brighter than I like!

Emerald is my birthstone so I've got a soft spot for the color. Jewel tones can be really rich and lovely, hope designs will be nice.

I agree...love the jewel tones and really miss them when they are gone. Nothing quite like a mix of emerald green with some sapphire blue.

I absolutely love it. To me, the emerald isn't a true emerald, but it is stunning. I'm re-doing my home decor over the coming year, and I'm thinking about heavily incorporating the 2011, 2012, and 2013 colors of the year into the decor.
