change image in gallery?

How can I change my page image but keep everything attached to it... I want to use a different version. I would think there would be a way to change it

I wish I could do that, too, sometimes. But there isn't an option to do that. So, I just open a second browser window and put it side-by-side with my first one. In one browser window I have the old layout up and in the other browser window I add a new layout. That way I can cut and paste from one to the other. When I finish adding the new layout, I delete the old one. It's a bit of a pain ... but that's the work-around. Good luck!

hmmm, have never heard of this before Anne, any way to have some screen shots to show people how to do it maybe?
