hey y'all,
I'm going to be taking belly preggers shots for a friend of mine tomorrow or Thursday. She's just like 10 days away so we gotta get this done lol

I need some inspiration and ideas for poses, etc.

So, if you know of any photographer websites that feature great belly shots or your own belly shots or whatever, link me up please and thank you!

A friend of mine showed me a few shots she had wanted. One was of just her belly and she was holding blocks in the name of her baby in front of her, or even just the word baby. Also making a heart with her hands or even drawing a heart or the baby's name. Also a silhouette shot with bright windows behind so that she's dark. Let me see if I can find my friends link to her maternity shots...I can't figure it out but I sent her a note to see if she has a link or something. This same friend of mine is married to a tattoo artist so she had her baby's name tattooed on her belly and then put her hands in a heart around it. You could just draw the baby's name and do that too.

If she has allready a bigger child, let her/him paint on the belly, take a picture where he/she is busy.

Here are a few I thought was cute:

I'm trying to find a blog post where theye posted some fantastic photos using pink and blue balloons to tell the gender of the baby, but I can't find it. It was great photos though

And I have to say, when I saw your "belly shots" title for the thread, I wondered exactly what kind of belly shots you were talking about!

lol y'all on the belly shots bit. i just had it in my head that i was going to be taking belly shots (meaning her preggo belly) and it just didn't occur to me about the term until I googled it afterward lol
