I used the template for the February monthly template challenge and then this month's Color Play kit from Vicki Robinson.

Our Daughter's Family Dog always looks like he has a smile on his face! Vicki Robinson Designs amazing Collection and her part of the wonderful Colour Play this month "Artful Expressions 6 " was perfect for this photo!

To blend the photo, I added a white layer mask to the photo and used a black to transparent gradient on the mask to blend the top and bottom of the photo. I then set the Blend Mode to Darker Color and used the Underlying Layer slider to further blend photo.

I added a color overlay to both the smile and joy stamps and then used the Underlying Layer slider to make them behave a little more like stamps.

I created my background by blending several of the patterned papers from Vicki Stegall's Mixed Media Papers Let's Play. I added some textures from Anna Aspnes' Spackle Textures No. 4 and gesso pieces from Vicki Robinson's Artful Expressions #2 Gesso. All other elements are from Palvinka...
